Bought two gold wash with carnuba wax. Not sure if my first car was waxed as it was pretty much in and out in no time. My second car took some time so I was expecting a better wash quality than my first car. I guess the picture speaks volumes. My first car was much worse. Second wash and both times disappointed.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they don’t Dylan Dudley me and do an absolute Mass Appeal job . The customer service is great, but as dirty as this truck was I don’t see how they could be almost done In just 20 minutes. We shall see … My final review is to be determined!

It was my first time at this place. For $45, I was really thinking my car would be clean. There were still bugs on the front, dirt on the grill, rims were not clean. All kinds of places were dirty. Not super happy with the "rushed" job they did. And the guy wiping down my car did not speak a word of english so just a little hard to explain that they did a crap job.

I went here for my first time during the summer. It was around 4pm and 107 degrees. They were busy. I waited about an hour, start to finish. By the time my vehicle was done, they were closed. Upon getting home, I noticed there were a couple things that I thought could've been done a little better. But I understood, considering the circumstances. I reached out to dirtbusters via email, not expecting anything but to let them know of my experience. They responded back the next morning with an offer to have my car redone. Been coming here for the last 3 years or so and they always do a great job. They take a little extra and clean license plates, headlights, and my seat covers get vacuumed. Some places have left seat covers because they do not want to fuss with it. Very happy and will definitely return.

Came out to get in my car and it doesn't look like it was vacuumed at all there's still debris all over the carpets 2017 Jetta the console wasn't wiped down terrible job on the inside complete waste of money Bubba's car wash in Citrus Heights did a 10 times better job for 26 bucks. I'll never be back.

Terrible. First time here and the last. Spent some recent time at the beach so I paid extra to have the seats wiped down and as you can see from the pics I’ll have to redo it all myself. And since their attention to detail is terrible (ironic since they’re in the detail business) I start looking at all the other little things - Mirrors askew. Dash vents closed. Cup holders dirty. Even the vacuuming was sub par. If I’m going to spend almost $50 for a car wash and vac and seat wipe down it better be a lot better than this. Terrible.

Horrible management service. Came up today to ask the manager at the front desk for a video surveillance of a theft. We saw that it came from the car wash location from the video surveillance of the gas station next-door and the manager was very rude and said there was no way for her to get access to the video surveillance because the owner was on a honeymoon. Based on the video surveillance it was very obvious that whoever stole my sisters backpack that had her drivers license car keys everything definitely came from the car wash but we were unable to look at any of the surveillance videos…

I have been to this location before. Many years ago when I lived closer to the location.
Over the years we have tried other car wash companies. Either the car doesn't seem to be cleaned enough or their vacuums don't have enough suction. After we wipe down the car. Yeah sure we can do it our selves. But it's nice to go somewhere and have it done for us. Once in a while.
At dirt busters they did an excellent job.
They have a nice waiting area with a/c, a TV and a clean restroom. They have a little shop to look around while you wait, with snacks and other things.

Hope this isn't what is considered a car wash. Thought they over look the car before hanging it off to the customer. Make sure to do a walk through before you leave!!!
When I got home I took an overview look of my car.
To my surprise the whole front another car looks like it wasn't even touched. Still have dead bugs and miscellaneous residue on the front of the car. I would expect this from a gas station car wash but for the price I paid come on now.
I didn't bother to check & I would recommend you do before you leave.

Most of the people that work there are amazing. I got stuck with the one bad apple. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer anywhere. Also, two parts of my door were missing when I picked up the car. I called to ask them if they were cleaning it and maybe forgot to put it back. They said they would look into it and call me back. Of course, they never called back. Now I've got two holes in my interior car door.

My first time here. I wanted 3 things done: Exterior Wash. Interior vacuum. Windows CLEAN. I selected the Bronze package ($ 25). Total time from pulling up about 25 mins. Not too bad on a Saturday morning. Was it the best wash ever in the history of mankind ? NO. Did all the items that I was concerned about get addressed ? YES. I wanted the car to be significantly cleaner, not showroom detailed. I would gladly go back and get this package again.

I usually get the $44 wash and often there is a missed spot or a few crumbs left behind. No big deal. Today was the last time I'll visit. They forgot to vacuum a large area under the passenger seat with a ton of junk left from my 2 year old. When I flipped around to show them it I pulled up first in line. When I was finally approached the woman seemed frustrated with me, but acknowledged the area and said she would get it taken care of. 5 minutes go by with no one there so I vacuumed it myself. Right as I was done a man finally approached. When I told him I already took care of it. He mumbled

I got the gold package car wash from Groupon and thought it was a good deal but after I left I realized it was a waste of money. The vacuuming was alright, but my car was hardly wiped down inside and still totally dirty all on the outside and my windshields. It was as if they didn't wash it all. Not sure what I even spent my money on. It would have been better and cheaper to go through a drive thru wash and vacuum myself.

The good: it was fast. The bad: maybe they rushed too much because the interior wasn't very clean. This place is good enough but if I had time time I would just go through a drive thru car wash and clean the inside myself. I would come back if I had a coupon but it is just a bit too pricey for the quality.

I'm really shocked by all the negative reviews here. I've been twice for regular washes and they have been awesome! The employees work really hard to clean your cars here. It takes longer than some other car washes but that's because they are making sure it's clean! Everyone is so nice and friendly and I would highly recommend it here!

Not the best car care here. Spend less elsewhere and get a better we r job done they had to touch it up 3-4 times and we left frustrated after they still did not get it right. The offered a co.p wash. Who wants to go back to that. Nice facilities and staff. I guess people in that area have lower standards. .

The front attendant was nice and explained the level of carwashes. I said I want a detailed interior and Exterior car wash before family arrived as I will be driving them around for the holiday and have a dog. I wanted the dust and dog hair gone. Absolutely none of the interior seem to be clean passed a wipe down with a dry cloth I am thoroughly disappointed
