I really don't like to leave negative reviews, but I just can't hold back on this. This was by far the worst, most unprofessional nail experience I have ever received. My nail tech cut me not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR. She burned me with the drill, because she was looking at her phone while using it on my nails! It just kept getting better when she used the highest grit over my cuticles because she wasn't paying attention. So now my cuticles are red, swollen, and cut. I'm just flabbergasted that the owners allow this level of unprofessionalism in their business.

I have been twice, great service and nails both times, second time got an AMAZING pedicures. I was seriously falling asleep.
Would like to see more colors for dip and design options.
They take cards but prefer cash.
Also highly recommend getting an appointment as they are a busy salon.

Fantastic job on nails. Tina did a wonderful pedicure with a long massage and hot stone. Emily is amazing at her nail art. Everyone is so pleasant and does a very good job! Highly recommend

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They are not clean. And my nails came out HORRIBLE and they charge an arm and a leg. 🙄 NEVER AGAIN. And definitely NOT recommended.

So many amazing things to say about Olivia Nails & Spa!! I absolutely love this place and I will never go anywhere else ever again. Special shout-out to Andrew because he always does a great job, but honestly, every single person there does such a good job. Aiden was amazing as well! He was so nice. The atmosphere is relaxing, and their quality is unmatched! Hate giving up my favorite places but these guys definitely deserve the credit!

I asked for long acrylic on my toenails. She said they did not do all 10 toenails so then I asked for just the big toenails and then she told me to see my feet. She said they are a good length. The problem is if the customer wants what they ask for, then do it. She did the opposite. Then she did the service backwards by painting my toenails first and then doing the foot spa and massage treatment after. Bad experience, but nice place.
