Not at all a good experience. I had a 4:00 appointment, and I had called and said if they couldn't get me in that day, that was fine. Tony, I believe is his name said come at 4. I did, 4:40 rolls around. He does me and two other ladies at the same time. My nails chipped the very next day, and I'd done nothing arduous whatsoever, and I've never had a problem with dips before. I return the next day and he is non-verbal practically, and rough, and made my cuticle bleed. I went there the first time and had an amazing girl who took her time and they looked amazing and lasted. This was just shoddy work

After moving to Eagle I needed to find a nail shop close to home that did a great job. Creative Nail Spa was close to my house, so I decided to give them a try.
The salon is very tastefully decorated and is very clean. They have a ton of colors available and they have most of the colors in multiple mediums (gel, dipping powder, & regular polish). I love that! I can't count how many times I have picked a color and it's not available in gel. I no longer have to worry about that!!

All of the employees here are amazing. I was treated by Tony, who got my name and said it though out my conversation with him. He was friendly and helpful, made sure my nails were perfect and clipped a few times when he noticed something. Some places rush you through in 30-40 minutes. You get your money here and they take their time to do a great job. I'll be back!!!

I have been searching for a great nail place in Boise for a year now and I finally found my place. Not only did Creative Nails do an amazing job, but they were also so clean. Coming from a state that has higher standards for nail places I was so happy to find a place that took pride in a clean environment and equipment. I highly recommend this place! The pedicure was incredibly relaxing to!

I've been getting my nails done in Eagle since 2012. Out of every salon, both high-end and walk-in, today I received the best service and results I've ever had, anywhere. Don did my manicure and pedicure. He was a great communicator, all the temps of water and products were perfect, and nothing hurt from too much pressure, filing, trimming, massaging, etc. It felt like a whole year of self-care, in one mani-pedi. Just wanted to say thank you - you went above and beyond.

This is not a good nail salon to go to, yesterday, I made an appointment and I came at the right time but the workers didn’t care about me and made me wait an extra 45 minutes, the staff’s aren’t professional and talk badly about the customer in there own language and they argue amongst themselves. Tracy/Trang, a worker and someone else did the nails for my family. I told them to split the tip evenly but Tracy took the whole tip, forcing me to tip again. Do not book an appointment with her, she is very disrespectful and will take your money without caring for the other workers.

My husband and I are from North Carolina. While visiting in the area we needed a nail salon, and had no one to give us a referral. I used this site and read reviews, then chose Creative Nails. We were so pleased with the ease of getting an appointment and the services delivered. I wish we could take them back to NC! Tony did an awesome job with my dip manicure. Our pedicures were exactly what we expect from a high end establishment. Do not hesitate to book an appointment. They were very busy! I suggest you call ahead for a no wait experience.

The salon overbooks clients, either intentionally or carelessly, resulting in haphazard and seriously delayed service. If the salon had more professional booking protocols, it would be so much more enjoyable. As it is now, I always feel annoyed that I have to wait so long for my scheduled appointment, and then, disappointed that my manicure is rushed. It's unfortunate because the technicians are good but stretched too thin.

Today was my third appointment here. As with my first appointment, I sat around waiting for 45 minutes. As before, I was told that several employees had called in sick and they were running behind. And yet, it didn't seem to bother them to take walk-in clients while I was sitting there waiting for the appt. I had booked for 10:30. Although I cut them slack the first time, having this happen for two out of three appointments is unacceptable and I walked out. If your time is valuable to you, there are more conscientious salons to be found.

Made a appointment, days ahead, show up, waited pass appointment time, finally in pedicure chair, waited and waited, hot water turned cold, the received a rushed pedicure. Massage was a nothing, scrubbing heel barely happened, he was serving me and a the gal next to me, ridiculous. First time to this place, will be the last.

I received a gel manicure on Sunday, 4/11/21 that did not turn out well; the polish was soft and uneven, as though it didn't dry/cure and the tech failed to remove all of my old polish or trim my cuticles. She was in a hurry and did not pay attention to detail. By that evening the polish was peeling off of my thumb nail. I went back in less than 24 hours later and they agreed to redo the manicure however, the man doing it was being rough, made me bleed and was clearly upset he was "fixing" my nails. He was almost rude.

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Booked appts online but when we arrived they didn't have enough people working so we waited over an hour. And after only 2-3 days my full set is lifting so badly that it needs to be redone. Of course they won't offer any discount or refund because "it's policy".
