Oneida Nursing & Rehab Center is a licensed 56-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in the Cumberland Gap plateau. Our center offers semi-private rooms, as well as private suites in our 2016 constructed skilled unit and gladly provides rehab-to-home programming including weekend therapy.
We serve our residents from the heart and that is one reason why we offer so many personalized amenities. Our activities program is truly a step above expectations, including weekend activities, pet therapy, and community integration trips to places such as the Big South Fork Park and Railway, and nearby Knoxville attractions.

Oneida Nursing & Rehab Center has happily served northeast Tennessee, hometown Scott County, and all surrounding communities since 1997. Tucked in the middle of a rural Appalachian area, our serene setting encourages residents to step outside and see the rolling landscape. Our center is known in the community for its annual luau, which our team has successfully hosted for 16 years now, providing dinner, drinks and fun entertainment.

Receiving clinical monitoring, both short- and long-term resident needs are addressed by an educated, skilled staff.

Terrible. Absolutely awful time for my grandfather. He was mistreated, not taken care of and he was abused mentally and physically. Right in front of his significant other, he was treated like a rag doll and an animal. Left to feed himself, medicine was not properly handled and staff was downright RUDE. He passed away shortly after his mistreatment in this facility. My family is outraged about this. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. THEY WILL NOT BE TREATED PROPERLY IN THE HANDS OF STAFF, LET ALONE IN FRONT OF YOUR OWN EYES.

If your loved one needs to be put in a facility to be taken care of PLEASE DO NOT put your loved in this one. Most of the staff is not friendly or helpful. I dont know where these people got certification from. I saw my father in law suffer at the hands of these people. My mother in law saw things that people should never see. This place needs to be investigated.
