I have been a resident here at Beech Tree for some time now. I have enjoyed myself here. We have really friendly staff and this is my home. I do as I want, request what I would like to eat and I am always visiting staff and having coffee and a snack with most all of them. I use the phone as I want to anytime that I want and I do not have a bed time. My care here is great, and I get my shopping done as I request, I also get to visit the beauty shop weekly. I would bring friends and family here to stay for all these reasons. I love this place.

This place is unprofessional the people that gave it 5 stars work there. If I could give it a negative star I would. Its hard to get in touch with your love ones. Because you have to keep calling back because a they do not pick up at the main desk or they have to track down the cordless phone because they only have 1 phone. They need to do upgrades so every room will have a phone.

Sad Sad place to work..to many chiefs and not enough indians. You never know what hall you are on no nursing staff wants to step up and do there job..low I mean low pay for someone who has 20 years experience.. heavy heavy work load for the low pay patient care is minimal I've seen worse but I have seen better as well...they wonder why they can't keep people?? Low pay heavy work load.. unprofessional nurses?? I wonder why myself??

Proud of the team ! My husband has been a patient in the nursing home for Rehab after cancer surgery . This was a very positive experience for him and our family. Being on the receiving end of health care makes you appreciate excellent care when you receive it . My husband recommends Beech Tree to anyone he knows who needs short term or long term care. This always makes me proud to be Director of Nursing for this team ! When you hear your family giving great reviews of the place you work , you cant help but be proud !! 5 star service is what our team strives for everyday.

I have had my Step mom, grandmother, and father @ Beech Tree. I am very grateful for all they done for all 3 of my family members. The love and care. always made them feel like this was their home away from home. All ADL's was giving. Made sure if they did not like what they had for meals the dietary department fix a substitute for their meals. Activity department they loved church they made sure they was attended. All nurses and C.N.A.'s I couldn't thank them enough for all the things they have done for them. And they treated us just like we was apart of the family. Thank You Beech Tree for all

Came to visit my mom...she was sharing a room with another lady. My mom didn't have much room the last in the room with her had taken her part of the room and part of my mother's..they have old equipment. The chair I sat in had Cobb webs hanging from the legs. Apprently they don't do much house keeping..she has a tv that had no remote and was the size of a 12 inch computer screen...she has a broken hip and leg.. Was only in the place for rehabilitation...just not a good place in my opinion...
