I had my home listed for 9 months with a agent team in Rancho Mirage, Ca, everyone that toured the house raved on how much they loved it. However, in 9 months not 1 offer, not even a low ball offer?
I had met Cindy & shared my discouragement with her, she offered to come tour my home to give me her opinion.
With a couple simple suggestions that Cindy made, the local agent she referred to me put the sign in the ground on a Thursday & by Sunday we had a Full Cash $$$$ offer then closed in 21 days!

First time home owners beware. Do research, ask questions. Read the entire inspection report. If you as the buyer and the seller agree on a price, then after the inspection has been completed, you are advised there is minor repairs that need to be fixed. Don't let your realtor come up with "the price off" due at closing. Instead know what needs to be fixed, find your own cost. Also if for example there is a leak and your realtor tells you "they have ran many tests including mold and you are getting a $15,000 repair at no cost to you," insist you get all the documentation of said repair, before
