Walk in and had no choice but to walk out and cancel my appointment. Due to the fact I refuse to be vaccinated. Very disappointed in the doctor and staff for trying to force me to do something I don't want to do. The website don't mention nothing about required vaccination at all. I won't be back ever.

It’s so ridiculous in the time we are living in. People still find a way to be unpleasant. I arrived at this doctors office at 9:40AM in an amazing mood. Checked in with the receptionist and waited patiently. Mind you my appointment was for 10:00AM . I filled out the paper work , gave it back to the receptionist. Asked the receptionist a few questions and she gave me an attitude, but I just took a chair and waited for the doctor. As time goes by I notice receptionist allowed someone that came after me to do a blood and pee test.yet I didn’t say nothing kept waiting. Once 11:00AM hit I asked

Platinum medical is the best place To be the front desk staff Michelle and winsome are so awesome they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door I had so many questions to ask and they did not hesitate to Answer this is my third time going to them and I absolutely love it here so whoever leaves a bad review or anything negative is probably the problem ..

I had an amazing experience at Platinum Medical center. Let me start off by saying that the employees are the sweetest ladies I ever met. Winsome and Michelle provided top notch customer service 😊 I called and they immediately booked me a appointment, quick and easy. When I arrived at the location I was very happy with the cleanliness and the care they provide for all patients. The best part is that there prices are affordable! I was very happy with my visit and I definitely recommend this clinic! 👍👍👍😁

EXCELLENT MEDICAL CENTER! Very efficient and working in the medical field I would recommend any patient or person to go here for a place that has a staff that cares beyond a cattle call number based off big pharm & insurance relationships! Very knowledgeable Doctor’s, Nurse Practitioner’s and if I could work there I would . Such positive energy from staff and they even do events that give back to the local neighborhood!

Platinum medical center is quick ,convenient and has friendly service . At the front desk winsome and Michelle offer there full attention and assist you in any way possible with scheduling your appointments and making sure you have a comfortable experience . This location has certified and trained professionals who look out for your best interest giving insightful diagnoses,referrals and recommendations. This location is close to home and every experience has been quick and pleasant .
