Coming from someone who’s paid exuberant amounts of money at places like OVME, This place is by FAR my favorite! I can come here be seen right away, have my treatment done, and have any extra areas I want covered without any problem! On that of that it’s very affordable!

I have recently begun to go to Kaizen MediSpa and it is the most wonderful, professional, and fabulous place. Their prices are incredible for the quality job they perform. I have seen both Kat and Deidre. They are both wonderful and lovely people who really love what they do. I had my first chemical peel the other day and my skin is already so, so much better. Can't wait until I go back for my next treatment! I would recommend Kaizen to anyone and everyone!

An absolute diamond in Bethesda. Had a comprehensive treatment by Deirdre, an incredibly kind and experienced practitioner. Staff were all welcoming, hygiene and cleanliness was clearly prioritized, and all efforts were made to provide me with a smooth treatment without being unrealistic. That's a mark of a medspa that isn't all frills and BS. They know their stuff and care about their clientele. More than one person checked in on me to offer beverages, ask my comfort level, and take their time with my treatment which I credit to making a previously painful (at other medspas) procedure

You know what you should do when you have to stay home? Go to Kaizen Medspa in Bethesda and see Deirdre Fisher, CRNP and get your face tuned up!!! I was a lifeguard back in the days before they had sunscreen greater than SPF 4. If you can endure a puffy face and some discoloration for approx 5 days, the CO2 laser will resurface your entire face- sun damage and all. Deirdre is a true medical professional and she will make you feel confident and secure in your decisions. They have every treatment you can imagine so give them a call. Love this place!

From Dr McDonald to Deirdre to front staff - I couldn't find a bad thing to say. You truly feel taken care of and never rushed. The facials are unbelievable - usually i see people recoverIng from facials for 3 days but not with kaizen who worked on an influencers face in front of me and she magically went from extractions to this dewy, glowing bare skin that looked so beautiful! I couldn't believe. I give pretty brash reviews and this lovely hidden gem gets 4+stars! Mention my name when you visit if you do! There's something in it for you - affordable, zen-centered, kind hearted

Location of office is great. Good parking and easy access. Deidre is super friendly and took her time during my appointment. Very personable and honored the promo on Groupon. Deidre performed Botox injections and some filler. For $2k (discounted price) I hoped for better results and perhaps follow up.
