The only associate worth speaking to is Gil. He was very helpful and took the time to research the issue at hand. All other associates, including and especially manager Ronald DeMyers had no knowledge of what the issue was and made no effort to research or help rectify the issue. I spoke the Mr DeMyers who was not only rude and dismissive but also basically told me that he didn’t know why there was an issue with my billing processes but I was still responsible for the extra charge that resulted from the issue. It wasn’t until I contacted corporate State Farm who then got Gil on the line who

Recently bought a house and went with State Farm for home insurance. Monique Perry was awesome - friendly, helpful, informative and followed up all my requests immediately.
In the end of all the quotes I got from other insurers, State Farm were the best - but if they had been more expensive I would have considered going with them because they were so much more helpful than others I contacted!
