I recived the worst service in my life do not rent from this bus company!! The driver was 2 hours late, he drove so fast drinks spilled on my guest. Then the driver left about 40 of my friends & I on 42st with no way of getting home !! Said he'd be back in 20 minuets cause he needed gas & I got a text saying my ride was canceled. I asked about the stuff left on the bus. People left shoes, money, & more When I tried to reach the company I was hung up on

Do NOT use this company! I had a 26 passenger limo party bus reserved for a corporate event, confirmed with a reservation confirmation. I called to confirm on the date of the event 5 hours before pickup to learn that the vehicle was "in the shop" and all he said was, "Sorry, there is nothing I can do".

He made no effort to call around and subcontract it out or refer me to someone with an available rental for us. I demanded that he find me a replacement, he did nothing. I got a text an hour later stating he could find nothing. I frantically called around and found viable

WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! Needed pick up from Newark Airport because needed a car service with a carseat for our 6 month old. Pick up scheduled for 4:30 pm. At 5pm we called asking where the driver was, he was "20 minutes" away. Called 5:30pm asking where driver was, said he forgot the car seat and has to go back to the office, will take him an hour. Mind you, we flew in from California with an infant. 6pm, driver finally showed up with the cheapest car seat not installed. I asked him to install it rear facing he said he didn't know how to do it. It was a weird set up with the car

This limo service is horrible!!! Do not use them if you want a limo ride for your occasion. Our kids (20 high school seniors) booked and paid for a hummer limo on December1st for June 9th. At 12:30pm, they called to confirm and said they would see us at 6:00pm. At 4:15pm they called back stating that they didn't have a car available & that they tried to outsource the job but the other company did not have permits to pick up in our area. We reserved the stretch Escalade and the classic Rolls Royce for my cousin's wedding in Cliffside Park. They came 15 minutes early and the limo was stocked with refreshing cold water and it was very cool even though it was over 90 degrees. It was an awesome experience and I definitely recommend them.

Not Wedding Worthy!!! We used them for our wedding in October and we're not impressed. The driver clearly did not know where our venue was and he even had a Garmin gps device next to him in the drivers seat. We (grooms party) had to give instructions ourselves to the driver from the back seat of the limo after we realized he was lost and we were now late on a tight wedding day schedule and he did not speak up about it. A professional company would have scouted the location out before before hand and the driver wouldn't be completely dependent upon an old Garmin device that redirected

Dont use!!!! There is another first class limo in nj with way better reputation so dont be confused. Used them for my wedding and were awful. If you dont know where a venue is youre paid to do, you do a trial run before hand. Instead i hopped a ride with my photographer to my own wedding bc driver spent 45 mins going in circles w the guys. I also never received a professional call touching base afterwards knowing the bride was never transported to her own wedding. HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY!  They are the most unprofessional, poorly managed, poorly operated, & sneaky company that I have every dealt w/. My husband & I cannot possibly stress how awful our experience was w/ 1st Class. We do not advise them. In short, they left a black mark on our wedding day. I had to ride w/ a neighbor to my own wedding because they sent a convertible car w/o air-conditioning to pick me up. For a NJ wedding in July this is simply not an option. It is critical to note that the car they sent was not the car that they agreed to

I had a friend rent from this company for her wedding and it was terrible. The car that was supposed to take her to the ceremony was old, dirty, had no AC, and in terrible shape. It shouldn't be on the road let alone be transportation for a wedding which the company knew about. The limo had no AC and this was in July. There were huge scratches in the sides and could've used a car wash, which was done prior to someone's wedding. We used this company for my wedding on June 6 to bring us from the hotel to the venue. The service was not that great. Before the wedding, I was told via email that the balance would be charged to my credit card and even confirmed the card they had on file for the deposit. However, a few days before the wedding I was told I was late in paying and I needed to send cash or check right away. This is a small co that gives personal attention lacking in the larger fleet Co's. Also they are very forthright on pricing, unlike others that low ball then hit you with surprise charges. Their pricing is in line with the industry.

Their drivers are pro-active--when my plane lands, there is always a text waiting for me, I never have to seek them out. The driver either has a sign with my name or texts me his license plate#,_making it easy to find them. If ground level is busy, they'll advise to go upstairs in order to get us out of the airport quickly.

Cars are clean, drivers are experienced

First Class Limousine is a complete SCAM! Do not waste your time these people are terrible. If I had the option of giving them 0 stars I would and here is why.
I found this company on groupon and decided to give them a call. I needed the limo for a night out on the town for my boyfriend and his twin sister's 21st birthday to Hoboken. We spoke to a lady on the phone she WAS nice but not for long. We agreed to pay in cash on arrival of limo $400+ for the stretch Chrysler. The limo was supposed to arrive at the Embassy Suites Hotel on 9/20 at 7:20pm. In which it did. We go downstairs at 7:20

I am writing about my service on 10/17/14 for my wedding day. I can not say how deeply unsatisfied I was and am with this services. Not only did my limousine show up an hour late to my pick up time, but it was not the limo that was shown in the picture. I specifically asked for the Chrysler stretch limo in the photo with the lambo doors and ghost flames, and that is not what showed up. Friendly, punctuate service. Very professional staff from scheduler to driver, all were very accommodating as our wedding party was late at arrival. The stretch was top notch, great cool and comfortable ride. They provided cold drinks which was perfect since it was a scorcher kind of day. They driver waited patiently as we stopped at various locations for picture taking and was there at the end of the night to whisk us away to the airport. Very reasonably priced compared to other agencies and everyone loved our ride! Would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a hassle free ride

Do not use!!!!!!! I used them for my wedding and that was the worst mistake I made. First let me start with saying their 20 passenger limo is actually a 16 passenger limo and I found that out while my bridal party was in the limo. Second the driver decided to leave half way through my service so I didn't even get to take all the pictures I wanted to for my wedding. The worst experience a bride can go through luckily my photographer took everything into control.

I started working for this company when my husband and I split up and I was destitute. I had no car and no way to get back and forth. We made a deal that he would let me use one of the town cars till I could get myself situated . I agreed to work in the office trying to get corporate accounts and drive part time on the side. I worked for him for 1 month and in that month he expected me to be on call 24 hours a day. He even transfered the office phones to my personal cell and the phones would ring all night long. ONLY AFTER I CALLED THEM DID THEY EVEN REALIZE THEY HAD AN ORDER TO PICK ME UP!!

On 25 April 2012 I was scheduled for a 12:30 p.m. pick-up to go to Newark Liberty Airport. Only when I called @ 1:15 did they even realize they needed to send someone for me. They ended up having a competitor come to get me. They charged me an additional $23.80 as "Charges & Fees" under Reservation Total. I paid but never received a refund. I complained to LivingSocial who promptly refunded my money. I purchased this item once for me and once for a friend. They refunded *both*! As to date First Class
