Appointments are not necessary, you may just stop in Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Estimates are always free with no obligation. Although I decided not to have the body work done I was completely satisfied with my visit. From the first phone call inquiring about their services to receiving an estimate from Richard. I felt at ease. The estimate was a very fair estimate and I feel certain they would have done a top quality job. This will be my body shop of choice if need be.

Well I first wanted to say that I was highly recommend to come here for body work for my brand new 4 month old Kia. Very mad at the incident with my car because I was behind a truck who ran over a cone on street and it flicked back on my car and now I have 2 cracks on my bumper, so now I have to get a brand new bumper. Anyway, so far they were the best priced around and customer service awesome. I was quoted by bob who was very honest and helpful. I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow so will update with pictures of before and after when work is done but had to review auto collusion technology

I've had work done twice with this local company. Both were out-of-pocket jobs, and both were done very well, at a reasonable price. Communication was especially good. When repairs were delayed because of parts availability, the office let me know immediately so I could make arrangements with the car rental company. When a problem with one repair surfaced after 6 months, Nick investigated, gave me the benefit of the doubt, and was more than generous in his adjustment. I would not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future.
