Palm Beach Coachworks is an absolutely amazing company! They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and helpful. Their work is top notch and they truly look out for the customer! They knew I needed a rental but had to pay for it and therefore suggested that I wait until they could actually look at my car. They checked for parts right away and kept me up to date. They are now the only auto shop I will deal with! I’m very thankful for their service. Patty is the best!

I brought my car in to be fixed after a palm landed on my car and dented it. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional customer service and repair!!! I was referred here from Progressive Insurance to repair my beloved Audi A5 after someone collided into my car. From the moment I brought my car in, Giovanni was such a pleasure to work with getting all the paperwork together and securing me a rental vehicle immediately. He was very efficient and friendly! Then I received status updates from Patty about parts and estimated completion time, which is always appreciated! During these COVID times and parts shortages I wasn’t sure if the parts needed could be secured and they got them

My fender didn’t look brand new like I thought it did when I first looked it over, noticed part of my fender wasn’t even completed all the way. Also, once I got in my car they forgot to reset my tire sensors and they were also offset. Had to go to another body shop to get it fixed. They usually do good work but this time they fell short sadly

The service is incredible. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. A facility that that has been in business since the 90’s. A place I decided to trust with my vehicle’s repairs. Also, they warranty their repairs. One more thing to add, they actually are a guaranteed shop through most car insurances, so that’s an extra guarantee as well as peace of mind that the vehicle is in good hands.

This company was more than efficient. I had 2 unfortunate circumstances within weeks of each other and they responded quickly, performed outstanding quality work and were extremely professional and customer service oriented. Super nice people to work with. The repairs look great, like brand new! They were referred to me by Progressive Insurance and I see why they recommend them. The owner personally drove me to the rental car place and waited to make sure they had a car for me. They gave me an estimated completion date for about 2 weeks out. I was really surprised to get a call a week later saying my car was ready. Picking up was a breeze since they handled having enterprise pick the rental up from them. Highly recommend!

I have used Palm Beach Coachworks twice in the last year, both times to repair large dents on the body of the car, and once to replace a broken taillight. Both times the work was excellent. Geovanni was courteous and professional; he was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me fair and accurate estimates and there were no surprise costs at the end. He had our car picked up at our home, did the work on schedule and returned the car, all within a few days, even though he had to order a new taillight.

I can't tell you how many times I've taken my car into a body shop because there are so many... The amount of driving I do makes bumps, dings and scratches a normal occurrence. But what I can tell you is the number of times that I've been happy with the work that I've gotten done. That number is 1 and it was with Palm Beach Coachworks.
Not only did their estimate come in a couple thousand dollars less than what I thought the damage was going to be, but they actually completed the work on time, gave the car back to me extremely clean and the work was to perfection.

I went to PB Coach Works after going to 3 other companies. I need a few small repairs done and no one else would touch my car because of the color of my interior. From the moment I got there everyone was professional and clearly knowledgeable. They quoted me a fair price and I took my car in a few days later. Service was completed quickly and accurately. The price is fair, service great, and staff awesome! They created a customer for life.

Car went in for minor front end repair from an accident; 2009 VW Jetta Wolfsburg. Came back with hood and lights all wrong. Hood seemed too long/hooded over the headlights. It appears they used non-oem, perhaps used/refurb parts. Doesn't look right. Worse, they apparently can't properly recode a car after taking battery out either. Stereo doesn't work now, which was working when I dropped it off, but of course the stereo now not working as soon as I pick it up is all just a big coincidence. What a crock. Please, whatever you do, do NOT take your vehicle here for any type of repair
