I had an idler bearing fail north of KellIher. I was able to be towed to gRand rapids since i was heading through there anyway. The jack's auto team was able to fit me in and get me back on the road in under two hours. EXcellent price and awesome service! Top notch service. I know my vehicle is being looked at by knowledgeable technicians who are thorough. Keith is upfront and honest about repairs, cost, time and if it is something that should be taken care of immediately or can wait and be addressed at the next oil change. They always follow up and check in, to make sure there are no questions and that you are happy with their work. I highly recommend

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience here I felt obligated to. I travel for work and beat on my vehicles so it's safe to say I have broke down and dealt with mechanics all over the country and it has always been a hassle at best. My current truck was misfiring and running poorly and could barely make it to work which is currently every night from 6:00pm to 7:00am so scheduling is kind of an issue for me. Jack's was able to schedule me first thing in the morning when I got off work. Unfortunately a few days before my appointment I broke down to an unrelated problem. Jack

No day is a good day to break down on the side of the road. Although today we had a service that we had to get. Keith came an picked us on the side of the road. He was AWESOME. We had our little dog with us and he was ok with him riding with. Took a look at the car before we got in. While on our way home he said that they had everything right at the shop it fix it. So he save us time from running home to switch cars and money on the towing. Got us back on the road within a half hour.

I honestly had such a great experience at Jack’s! I walked in not knowing what was wrong with my car, knowing new tires would be a minimum. Keith was so patient in listening to me, thorough in explaining/showing me things, and got my car in for everything it needed just 2 days later! I got a text reminder of my appointment and texts if anything new came up that we hadn’t discussed! I felt super informed and never pressured! Often, as a woman, I’m terrified to even begin dealing with something on my car, but this was awesome start to finish!!! I’d highly recommend Jack&rsquo
