Needed an alignment before going out of town. Unfortunately, they couldn't perform one because the pull I was feeling is due to needing inner tire rods, a pitman arm and an idler. The dude in the shop showed me how bad they were. Didn't even charge me for the lift fee like Firestone does. I'll change out the parts and be back to Automotive Electric.

We were on vacation near this repair shop and had to have our diesel truck towed to Automotive Electric for repair. We had told them we thought it was an injector problem from the beginning when we spoke with them on Monday morning. We scheduled for them to work on it on Thursday. We were concerned it would not be enough time for a major repair, they assured us they would look at it beforehand and order parts. Thursday afternoon right before close they called us, it was done. We picked our truck up and left for our resort, we noticed the oil pressure was down to 20, at this point they were closed

I've taken my car to Automotive Electric three times now and have had 3 very positive experiences. In my most recent experience yesterday, I didn't end up spending any money there at all. I called on a busy Monday morning with a question about my car. Mike encouraged me to bring it in, so they could drive it and check it out. A different guy (name?) helped me right away, diagnosed the problem, and priced it for me. I'm presently in a pinch for money and they were happy to talk me through the different options based on my budget. I ended up fixing it at home and spending a lot less $$ over all
