They never respond to you. I have been waiting over a month for designs. RICKY ARMSTRONG or Rick Armstrong has not called me back nor sent designs. Wasted my time and I was on a deadline. Horrible service and the receptionist was rude when we called to check. Simply horrible in my experience. Still no sign and no call back from Modern Signs

The Armstrong’s made a sign for us a few years ago and it has stood the test of time. We priced several companies in the area and loved everything about Modern signs. We think our sign is still the nicest sign hanging in Orange Beach. It is amazing what they did and how fast and accurate they were!!! Thanks guys, the next time we need a sign there is no doubt in my mind who exactly we are going to call.

I called the company and spoke to a Salesman named Ricky and told him what I was looking for and he said he would get with the graphic design department to work on something for me. A week and a half later I had not heard anything from him so I called him twice and got no answer so I left messages and did not get a return call so a week later I called the office to make sure he still worked there. I asked the secretary to have him call me and I did not get any response so I called back and spoke to the secretary again and just asked her to make sure everything was cancelled and please make sure
