Services
We provide surroundings of love and confidence for your infant, offering a warm and secure environment. Your child will rest peacefully in their own comfortable, clean crib while they nap. Our nurseries are designed with your infant's development in mind. Your baby will participate in stimulating activities, including music and singing, as well as exercises to develop motor skills.
We also accept Full-Time Ohio Publicly Funded Child Care Assistance for individuals who are authorized for care up to 60 hours per week through ODJFS. The experience of our families and potential kids are very important to us. If you have a question, concern or comment about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you're a New Kids At Heart Family, please take the time to read our Family Handbook. It outlines all of the policies and procedures you and your child can come to expect. If you would like a printed copy, please ask your center's director for one, they'd be happy to assist. And as always, if you have any questions, never hesitate to ask!
Super convenient and easy to use, gone are the days of being stuck with one method of payment. While we still take checks and cash in person, our online payment system is a great way to pay your balance. The experience of our families and potential kids are very important to us. Kids at heart is a great place for the kids. I have 2 going there now and have truly appreciated them and the work they do. Very professional, clean and do a great job regarding updates for the kids and what they need.
Also- teachers from Ms. Nett to Ms. Julie and Ms. Daija/ Ms. Kayla are really rockstars.
To note- we have looked at 4 others in the area, and this one continues to be better.

Just let me start off by saying the staff here is super nice and makes you feel very welcomed every time you walk in the building. This is the best preschool around by far. Julie and Kelly are the best and they are so good with the kids. This is a great place to send your kiddos!

We only lasted a few weeks here, and only because I caught them treating my child wrong. The first day we were there the teacher for his age acted like she didn’t know she had a new student and they didn’t have a cubbie for his extra clothes, pull ups, etc. which should have been the red flag for me, a kid should be able to have somewhere to put his things prior to his first day. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I dropped off my son into the classroom where they have all the kids, he has some separation anxiety so he was crying a little. I watched the entire thing as our sons are in the same classroom. The teacher was NOT yelling at the child. Period. She did tell him to go pee, but never once yelled at him.
Furthermore, per guidelines, bathroom doors for children under a certain age remain open for the safety of the child. The teachers are also not allowed to go into the bathroom with the child and have

No comment on their child care services or facility because we have never used them. This review is to draw attention to their bus driving operations. One of their buses ripped the passenger side mirror off of our car and kept on driving. I find it hard to believe their bus driver did not notice the impact but chose to keep driving. Since there were no other witnesses they refused to admit fault even after Fairlawn police investigated and identified damage on their bus in the police report. Now we are stuck paying for the damage and a negative mark on our insurance. This company could have stepped

We have been very happy with the care provided to my one year old at Kids at Heart! The teachers and administrators are very caring and experienced. We love the personalized attention given to our child and she is learning so much from her teachers. She is thriving there. We also really appreciate the emails and app for her daily routines, keeping us updated throughout the day. Thank you Kids at Heart staff!

We moved to Ohio at the beginning of the year and this was the first Preschool/child care my daughter had to attend ever. I was a nervous wreck having to leave her but I am so happy I found Kids At Heart! My daughter loved going! The staff was amazing, very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for Child Care/Preschool for their little ones.

My children have been attending kids at heart for over 6 years and we just love the staff!!! So much so, we are starting all over again with our fourth child in the infant room. Their experienced staff helped ease my transition back to work full time and their flexibility with my chaotic schedule has been such a wonderful surprise. We love the new addition of incorporating more family friendly activities, like breakfast with santa, date night, and Thanksgiving lunch.
