There are basically four different types of siding; vinyl, aluminum, wood, and masonry. Each material requires a unique cleaning process with respect to chemicals used and the power washing process. Green and black mold, dirt and grime, and stains (e.g., aluminum oxidation, rust, lime, grease, chimney soot, etc.) all require different techniques for safe removal.
Every roof is different based on material, age, condition, location, and architecture. The stains and streaks you see on your CT roof are a form of algae commonly known as Gloeocapsa Magma. This type of algae thrives during the spring and summer months and usually appears first on the north slope of the roof where shade is prevalent.
A power wash company can do an excellent job of cleaning the siding, but if the gutters are streaked, you can be guaranteed that the customer will not be happy. Panoramic pays particular attention to eliminate streaks on gutters, especially black vertical streaks on white gutters. Black streaks on gutters are carefully removed by applying a special cleaner that won't harm the painted finish of the gutters followed by gentle brushing and rinsing.
Deck rejuvenation is one of CT Panoramic's specialties. Depending on the customer's requirements and the deck material; i.e., wood, Trex, composite, or other, the cleaning process varies. Each job is different and the power wash company must be able to advise as to the chemical to be used, the extent of cleaning and/or sanding, and the type of stain.

I couldn't be happier with Panoramic's service. Not only were they very responsive when contacted by phone, but they also came when they said they would and did a thorough job at a reasonable cost. (I'd had estimates from other pressure washing outfits who had bid three times as much!)
I blush to admit that I had never had my house pressure washed in the 14 years I've lived here. There was a massive build-up of moss on the roof and lots of mildew on the siding. Panorama made it all pristine in less than two hours. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Not impressed at all with Panoramic Pressure Cleaning. When I called to schedule we discussed roof cleaning. He told me he used a slow release chemical and power washing was not a good option as it removes the small granular material from the shingles. We agreed he would use the slow release chemical only. I also discussed we Ed my vinyl siding was getting chalky on the southern side of my house and I had mold on the north side.
On the day Ed gave me when I called to schedule him he was 3 1/2 hours late. I had to call him to find out what was going on.
He promptly started when he did arrive.

Excellent service all around from Panoramic. I contacted the owner, Ed, to discuss a full cleaning of my house, roof, sidewalk, and shed. He returned my call immediately, was polite and knowledgeable on the phone.
On the day of service, he arrived promptly, fully explaining in detail the process and the cost (I was nervous due to a lot of mold). When he finished, everything looked new again! I highly recommend this company for their wonderful customer service, pricing, and outstanding end results. GREAT JOB Ed and Al. Thank You.

Our experience with Panoramic Pressure Cleaning was wonderful. We had our house, gutters, and roof cleaned. We had just moved into our house. It was very dirty. The gutters were full of leaves and debris. There was green mold on the roof. Ed Ramond was precise and thorough. Our house looks brand new. We were so satisfied with the results; we recommended the company to our friends. We will definitely be using them in the future!
