I messaged the business to inquire about an enclosed trailer and the message was read but never replied to. Frustrated and a little perturbed, I messaged again and said I'd go elsewhere. Seems they didn't need my business anyway. The bad thing for them is I was ready to buy an expense stand-on zero turn mower and I have cash in hand for the trailer and the mower but all I got in reply to my second message was "No problem. Friendly, professional services. Good guys. Great deals. I was passing through town a few months ago and had a flat trailer tire. It was after hours and these guys went above and beyond to help. This place out my family in harm's way. Asked for a comparable matching replacement tire for my 28' trailer (8 ply steel belted) and sold me 2 5 ply Nylon tires that didn't last 12 miles before blowing combined. Then refused 2 help because it was to close to quitting time nor refunded any money after leaving them at their front door. Not to mention 2 days worth of hotels and 35 miles of driving around trying to get them repaired. I will be filing a lawsuit.
