I was looking for quotes, I do understand I missed them canceling, I talk to several places, and finally found one that saved 70 dollars, I thought I had canceled with them. Matt was so rude, calling me back yelling and how I messed their whole schedule for the day. I tried to apologize but he hung up on me!

Absolutely amazing! Today was their second trip to us. When we call, they get us in next day. We are currently relocating and while they were here we asked if they could come back in the morning and fit around our schedule since my boyfriend has a job interview via zoom scheduled in the morning. They didn’t even hesitate to get us on the schedule in the time frame we needed. They are kind, professional, fast, and extremely helpful. Called them up after they were recommended from Home Advisor. I sent them a couple of pictures and had a quote in a few minutes. Yes I could've saved money by doing it myself but for a fair price they couldn't be beat. They came when scheduled, picked all the construction debris I had in half the time it would've taken me and charged me what they quoted. If you used other services you know how they always try to overcharge you after the job. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area.

So, moving from Phx to New York and have a 3600 sq foot home to move with a ton of stuff to throw out. Talk about overwhelming.. anyway, called The Junk Guys and Matt was amazing and scheduled me right away. The team showed up and tossed all of my crap within 1.5 hours! We're talking 2 trips to the dump!!! Just no nonsense, get it done people!! They simply rocked! Worth every penny.. I even scheduled them to come out AGAIN in 2 days for the last bit of trash before the final sale walkthrough of my home.

Follow-up - As you can see by the owner's response, he takes no responsibility for his own dishonest employees. Their initial estimate was for a full truckload plus as much as another half a load. He claimed there were "30-40" milk crates when in fact there were 15. I sent pictures of them and he claimed there were hidden crates (according to his guys). When I sent him pictures of all angles of the yard and sides of the shed, he had no response.

These guys are terrific! I dunno how they could be so cheerful and helpful when faced with all the krap I had to get rid of. Old rear screen projection TV...no problem, mattresses...no problem, old weight lifting stuff...no problem. Can you take this too? Yep. About the only thing they couldn't take was old buckets of paint, half used containers of motor oil...what the city calls "hazardous waste".
And they organize it as best they can in their truck...this is important because you pay by volume.
Anyway, I highly recommend The Junk Guys and will use them again...probably more frequently

Up until today, I had been pulling into my garage for two years aside some enormous crusty mirrored closet doors and an assortment of other large, awkward glass things not suitable for bulk trash collection that the previous homeowner left behind. After recently replacing one of the beds in the house, enough was enough-- I requested a quote from The Junk Guys here on Yelp, heard back in less than an hour, and had my pickup scheduled within 48 hours.

I had a large amount of debris from some fallen trees as well as an old shed that I had no idea how to remove and dispose of. I saw their truck on my way to work one morning and called them, and I'm so glad I did! The owner Matt was fast to get back to me, and so friendly and helpful. I thought I would only have one truck load, however it turned out to be a bigger job than I thought. Jason and Izzy came out to my house TWICE to clear all the mess, and left no trace behind. My yard looks so clean and amazing, and everyone I worked with was completely friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend

I just bought a house and the previous owner left a ton of stuff behind, especially in the garage and storage closet. The junk guys cleaned up everything super fast. They even went into the closet and sorted through decades of bottles of cleaners, sodas and you-name-its, taking everything they could (they can't take toxic stuff like paint). In the garage they even went through cabinets and drawers to clean it all out. They saved me hours of back-breaking work.
Then I had them come back the next week to haul out all the carpet I had ripped out and

My call for information was returned same day. I had to re-schedule twice and I got kindness, patience and cooperation from the owner!
The crew gave me a 15 minute update phone call that they were on their way. Showed up on time and ready to work. They were efficient, polite, and very focused.
These guys went out of their way to save me from having to schedule them to come back and waded thru the unexpected Irrigation water in the backyard to get to the last pile I had stacked up at the back of the property. My Heroes.

I found the Junk Guys on google, looked at their very clear website and booked my desired appoint right there on the website. It was two minutes later that I recieved a confirmation phone call. What SERVICE!!!
I was in a bind and I loved how the crew came and gave me a no obligation offer. The offer was fair and the work was perfect. They even swept up the garage before they left!

When my renter of 4 years moved out they left a big mess. The backyard and the garage had to have like a ton of trash. I had to move so much junk I think it would of spent days even with my 10 foot trailer. I knew I did not want to touch this job, but needed to get the junk out so I could re-rent the home. I do clean out’s for homes that people just walk on, and have used a lot of the valley’s junk hauling services and now I only make one call. The Junk Guy’s come and remove all the rubbish I never had to ask them to pick one thing up. They come out fast and work super fast and do the best job for the money. Let's face it, junk is the antithesis of glamorous. When you've got a big pile of crap you need hauled away, any guy with a truck will do, right?
WRONG. You want someone that will be on time, is willing to clean up the area where the junk is after they've picked everything up, is polite and fluent in English, thinks of value-added services like emptying your trash bin, and represents a local business that you can patronize.

The Junk Guys were awesome. I had a home remodel to complete in two weeks - this included demolition of a kitchen and two bathrooms. I initially was going to get a dumpster and have it picked up a week later. After doing some research, it was much less expensive to use The Junk Guys.
I liked that they were a locally based company, and I really enjoyed that I didn't have to have a dumpster parked in front of the house for a week, nor did I have to load it myself!
