These guys, Joey and Noah, were phenomenal. They showed up right on time, and were so fast and efficient in getting the stuff i needed loaded up and hauled out. They were fantastic in helping maintain the budget I had specified as well. I would highly recommend using them! We needed removal of mattress and adjustable base on same day from assisted living setting.

1-6-22. This was my 2nd time using Benshines. They continue to be a 5 star business and I will not hesitate, the next time I need them. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable, not like some competitors!! However, that is not all...very personable, friendly and professional. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Have used Benshines multiple times for construction waste removal. They have been professional and responsive. They have several price points for removal of materials. Pick ups are typically scheduled within two days of my call. They call when they are on the way. Call when they arrive to confirm materials to be picked up and the price for the pick up. They call again when they are complete. Invoice promptly.

We moved out of our home in Gilbert and ended up with a lot more general trash/junk/things we had to leave behind than we thought we would! On the morning of our move, I was scrambling to find a service to remove the trash and Benshines was the only service I called that answered! FINALLY a junk removal company that stays true to their word! After attempting to schedule with several other companies who continued to change their schedule, their price, and their promises, I found Benshines. They worked with my schedule, communicated clearly what they would be doing, how much they would charge (reasonable prices!), showed up on time, and hauled everything away with a smile on their face. Wow - I will refer them to others, and definitely look to them for my haul away needs in the future. Great job!

They answered promptly for a quote, but was late when he got to the job next day. The office assured there would be a trailer and a crew to pick up the brush, but only one man showed with a pick up. He explained his friend with the trailer bailed. He was unable to finish the job and requested to come back the next day at 8 am. NO Show, no answer no work being done on the second day. I understand it was a large amount of brush, but I was willing to pay what it took and this company could not deliver a completed job, nor did they answer. The service and agreement seems great at first. They give you an estimate. You tell them what you want removed. You agree on a price and they get started. Here is where it gets tricky. They removed most of the stuff but all of the sudden they where out of room. I was told by the young man who seemed to be the leader, he would come back for the rest of the removal. So I paid based on the sales pitch they give you. We agreed on a time for them to come back. Of course they didn't come back. We'll I did my part in supporting a small and local business but if they can't live up to their sales pitch

Benshines Junk Removal- Removed my hot tub and they were very professional, and responsive to my inquiry. They worked hard and were friendly. I would use them again, and definitely recommend them. I reached out to several companies that went as far as asking for photos, and still never came to give me an estimate. Had another that came but they were outrageous in price.

This company is awesome. Friendliest service ever - it's all in the their voices and how they talk with you. Such a pleasure to do business with them. These guys are awesome. I called to schedule junk removal on Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday morning they were loading up all my crap! The associate I spoke with on the phone to initially schedule my appointment was very friendly and informative. She answered all my questions about cost, and I was confident we were getting the best deal for this service. When the guys showed up, they were very nice and worked extremely fast. Maybe 15-20 minutes tops and my entire side yard (appliances, scrap wood, old furniture, broken bicycles, you name it) was clear. I would definitely recommend these guys!

These guys were awesome! I called them over the weekend about removing a broken hot tub that we had. They were very friendly and helped me schedule an appointment quickly. The day of the removal they gave me a 2 hour window when they would come by. They called me before heading over to give me a 30 minute heads up that they were on their way. They showed up on time, 2 guys cut the hot tub in half and then hauled it away. Again, super friendly guys, the pricing was something I was very comfortable paying and they left the area clean.
