Assisted Living, LLC Birchwood Properties offers four wonderful adult foster care homes. Birchwood Gardens, Birchwood Manor and Birchwood Living, located in Ann Arbor, MI and Birchwood Retreat, located in Chelsea, MI. Each home features six private resident rooms, equipped with large flat screen TV's, Wifi, spacious closets, and views of the surrounding nature.
Birchwood Gardens is our latest Assisted Living home and is located on the west side of Ann Arbor, adjacent to the Polo Fields Golf & Country Club. It features a 4,000 square foot single family home, offering six spacious private bedrooms, each featuring large windows and closets, and a spectacular view.
Birchwood Retreat is in a residential neighborhood on an acre and a half of land near the heart of Chelsea. It is conveniently located near Chelsea Community Hospital and a few miles from I-94. A surveillance system provides our aides visual monitoring of all common areas and entrances providing peace of mind.
Birchwood Living is set in a residential neighborhood on just over an acre of land on the west side of Ann Arbor. It is conveniently located approximately one mile from I-94 and four miles from the University of Michigan Hospital. Step outside onto the patio where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the panoramic backyard with abundant wildlife.
