After 3 weeks there I was looking for a new place for my mother. Her wedding rings were stolen off her hand. No care was taken to help her dress neatly. Her fingernails were polished.....it covered the crud under her nails that should be removed with good handwashing.
They use a lot of agency/temp staff that don't know the residents.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would, speaking from personal experience this place is absolutely disgusting and they do not care about their residents at all. All staff are temps and half aren’t even state licensed. Please take your loved ones anywhere but Ashley court!! Facility locks people on their rooms and doesn’t check on them or change them. I am completely horrified.

My mother has been a resident of Ashley Court in Brighton since August of 2018. She started in Building 1 and is now residing in Building 3. All of the caregivers and staff have taken very good care of her with love and compassion.
The activities department is nothing but amazing. They keep the residents busy with activities throughout the day. The residents can help with anything from gardening and walking outside to fun indoor games such as bingo, bowling and exercise class. Spa day seems to be a big hit with the ladies. They are treated to manicures and pampering.
I am very grateful to everyone

Our Mom lived at Ashley Court for the past 18 months. We are so grateful for the love and compassion she received from all the caregivers and staff--they treated her like family. She was given opportunities to continue doing what she loved--gardening, walking club, along with many daily activity options. The smaller environment and her being able to have her own room really made it feel like "home." With COVID restrictions this past year, the staff filled in to offer church services and meaningful holiday events for all the residents. One of our favorite memories was the Alzheimer's Walk last fall

My mother has been a resident of Ashley Court in Brighton for 19 months and I've been so happy with her living there! I cannot tell you how secure I am in her living environment - it's a relief every single day. I am there several times a week since I live nearby and have gotten to know many of the caregivers. I have never seen anyone treat a resident with anything but respect. I am so grateful for the grace they show my mom and how they treat each resident like a special person.
There are two activities coordinators who keep the residents as busy as they want to be. In building 3 where my mother

My family and I were extremely happy with the wonderful care Sharon Clontz and the staff at Ashley Court provided my father-in-law Art Rentz. Art was very happy at Ashley Court. They gave him a warm and loving home. They treated him as if he was their grandfather. He was not an easy man to get along with, and we were worried about how he would handle being in care, I can say he was very happy and thought of Ashley Court as home. Whenever I would have any questions or concerns Sharon and the staff would address them right away. He lived there for about 3 years until he passed. We still remain in

My mother was in Ashley Court for 6 years, in the 'Assisted Living' building. She didn't need much care for at least the first 4 years so she was easy for them and it went well for most of that time. She does not have Alzheimers altho she has dementia. When she finally began to need a lot of care at age 94, and had a risk of falling due to frailty, they strapped her in a wheelchair. When she began to yell because she did not like this they moved her to a severe Alzheimers building despite my objection, where she is treated like a Thing, not a person. They considered her behavior disruptive rather
