Hello, my name is Dwain Downing, and if you are in need, I would like to be your attorney. To help you know me a little better I would like to tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in a small Texas border town called Del Rio. After graduating from Del Rio High School, I moved to the big city of Lubbock and attended, then graduated, from Texas Tech with a major in History and a minor in Anthropology.

I had a very welcoming feeling from this man approximately 26 yrs ago. He made a very elaborate will and took more time with me than I expected because he cared. He didn t want to simply " be done". He advised me greatly. Here I am 25 yes later. Things change. I need a new one. Didn t pass me off to make an appointment. He right then and there set it all up. Glad he hasn't t changed a bit. So glad be able do business with him, again. It says a lot when people are consistent for years. GH

My dad is the land lord of a property the tenets are being evicted and Jack downing has a women answer the phone she's nice but when I told her that the property manager needs to get a hold of the lawyer because the tenets told us to go through the lawyer we I let her know and she said me and the property manager need to be attorneys I will remove or change my review if I think different of his law practices

Mr. Downing's son, Jack contacted me and told me to take my review of his father off of Yelp and threatened more litigation! Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. FREEDOM OF SPEECH. I had negative dealings with Mr. Dwain Downing and I have every right to voice my opinion about him. In my opinion and experience...he is uncaring, unprofessional, and a BULLY.
