We have bought 2 vehicles from them. The first from the Carson City location and the second from the Fallon location….same salesman on both….Kevin I believe.
The first they were honest and upfront about the issues and even putting a used engine in before the sale was done. Took it back a few times and even called regarding issues and they were very helpful…to include sending parts to our local Napa that is 2 hours from their service department.
The second vehicle has had issues from the get go….from no fog lights or turn signals that we weren’t aware of until driving home that night

Don was amazing! We had an awesome experience there. They are super family oriented and treated us as if we were apart of that. He made it super easy and worked with us from the jump. Didn’t feel like we were being bumbarded with a careless car salesman. Really took his time and let us think and decide on the process. Thank you all for working with us we love our new car!!!

Ryan is the guy to talk to. I was only there for about an hour and drove away in my new BMW. He was quick, efficient, and had the most positive attitude the entire time. He really made the experience amazing!!

We had to return on the Sat. after purchase for a few details and Ryan was busy so the GM helped us and was as pleasant as Ryan. Ryan made us feel at ease and all was good.
