I've read the negative and positive reviews. As an African American woman, I can honestly say that I saw results after my 1st session! Scam! I tried laser hair removal here and it scarred me for life. I refuse to try laser anywhere else because I feel like it's a scam in general due to the experience I had with fusion. It's really messed up to put ur trust into someone and they just play you for a fool. I've been warning people about this place and I won't stop. Women are vulnerable when it comes to their self esteem and fusion really knows how to take advantage of that. Shame on you guys.

I have to say that you do see results, I have seen amazing results but it's not worth it. First thing, the younger girl at the desk ALWAYS asks why I'm not paying in cash, that is none of your business, second she always speaks to me in Arabic after I've told her MULTIPLE times I don't speak it well enough to understand all she is saying. Then I always arrive early for my appointments by about 15 minutes and I am always made to wait 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I understand that a wait is inevitable but come on! At one of my appointments I was asked if I was interested

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT FUSION!!!!! I have spent over $700 getting laser on my face ONLY here and the only thing I got was DAMAGED SKIN and NO RESULTS. They don't care to hear your concerns about no results or ruined skin they just WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. They will BURN your face and blame you for not having results. They will want to say it's your fault your hair is growing back because you might have a hormone problem but I have went to my doctor numerous times and my doctor has taken tests and I do not have any

LOL. This place is a total joke. Who let these people open a business? Mya, Fatmes daughter who is the self acclaimed manager is always there to fight you. So rude and unpleasant to deal with. Her unprofessional ways with clients is embassing. I walked in and heard her say, "I'm the manager what's the problem?" on the phone. I laughed to myself bc I wasn't the only one who had multiple complaints about this so called spa. Reading all these negative reviews says a lot about this business. I wouldn't step a foot in there ever again bc of her "manager" ways

Fusion medical spa gives you good results but the service is not great. If your appointment is at 2, be prepared to sit there for an hour before you get called in. They schedule 3 people at one time which causes a huge hold up. & the technicians don't listen to your feedback that you have to say and just say "I know I know" & walk away.

This place is so unprofessional! All they want is your money. They don't care at all about patient satisfaction. They try to give me a cheap deal so you can keep coming. They burned me so many times and I thought it was normal because I never had any experience with laser. They don't even do your laser right so they can keep you coming back. This place scared not only skin but my heart because I suffer from burns until today! I want to sue them but I never filled out paper

So far iv been to fusion twice, and these are the nicest people ever. I dont understand why some of these reviews are so negative. There always nice and very generous when doing the laser. I have many ingrown hairs on my legs and fatima (who does my laser treatments) literally spends an hour just on my legs, taking her time and making sure she doesnt miss a spot and that the ingrown hairs reach the surface of my skin. This is only my second treatment and i love the results ! I honestly almost did not go because i seen the reviews, but was recommended by a friend to try it and im honestly so happy

I have posted this same review on google so don't assume I'm just copying but I cant keep writing about this or I'm going to continue getting angrier the more I think about what I did. That said those feelings are outweighed by my need to inform others, so at least they will make their own informed decisions. I would however like to add that, they starting lasering my face up by the upper and not the lower edge of my cheekbones, there was no point to that and now i have brown spots on both sides that i have no idea how to get rid of. I have been to Fusion medical spa twice now. Their laser hair removal prices are ridiculously cheap! Their service is OK. Having an appointment doesn't mean much. The first time I waited over an hour for service, the second time I waited 45 minutes. I watch the employees and they're usually just walking around, chatting or on their cell phones while i'm waiting. The reason I return however is I feel like the laser hair removal results are really good and the price is unbeatable. Fatima, who did it for me, is OK but she's a little rough and she doesn't use enough gel sometimes
