Wow they have a Picoway/Resolve laser that’s unbelievable! Smoothed and cleared my face after one treatment. Staff was super nice and Samar was amazing. Samar took the time to consult with me and recommend this treatment that no one in this area has. So glad to have came here and look forward to my next treatment.

It’s a love-hate relationship, they do amazing work but some of the women aren’t very friendly and it’s upsetting to say the least. some seem like they just don’t want to be there and that’s definitely not the experience you want to have when your already kind of nervous about whatever your about to get done. you’d think you’d be able to ask any questions or genuinely feel comfortable talking to them but unfortunately my friend and i that go there, doesn’t:( I hope they get more professional in that sense and they would have an amazing business!

I had the best experience at laser duet medical spa. I went in a few times for microneedling/microdermabrasion. My skin looks and feels great. I definitely see a huge difference. No more dark spots on face. I recommend their service to everyone. You will leave the place 100% satisfied. I also got my sunscreen from there and I love ittt.

I had been looking to make a Microneedling appointment for some time, the very reasonable Groupon coupled with the decent rating sealed the deal for me here. I traveled from Northville to Dearborn for this experience...

The professionalism of both front desk staff and the Nurse Practitioner exceeds all expectations. I love this place! Everyone is so friendly, and honest. Always suggesting more affordable ways than I even knew about or came in for. I'm a single mother, & still always try to keep up myself. That being said, my son has to go where I go. They had no problem welcoming my son with me, and comment on how cute and well behaved he is! This place is an absolute find! I’ve been getting Botox for over 10 years, in different cities. Laser Duet is hands down the best. Clean, professional, friendly and cost effective. 3 months ago I also had my first Bellafill treatment here - and the results are incredible! Looking at the before and after pics blew my mind. And, they will only get better with time and last 5 years? Highly, highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

Let me be clear, they seemed like pleasant people with somewhat of an aim for professionalism and customer satisfaction--however, this was not the case with me.
First, their dishonest intent was recognized when they upsold me a service package costing over $3,000 without any good intent of providing me with other available options. A business approach to try to increase

They are so nice but make me grow hair in places I never had hair. I did over 14 sessions with them and they told me I would be done in 6 sessions. I'm so upset. I wouldn't be as upset if it just didn't work, but the fact that I have hair in places I never had before is so upsetting. This isn't something that can be fixed And in left with a bigger problem

I bought Botox from Groupon. I wanted my "11" treated. I went in and, of course, it was a sale to get more. I knew I did need an annual forehead lift so I agreed to have that done at the same time and an additional $170.
One month later here is my result. Groupon plus $170
(Disregard the milia)
The staff has contacted me and a follow up is scheduled. They have scheduled on my very small window of being available.
So I go back and the staff is telling me to call them instead of reviewing

Bought a groupon for Botox. This place looks like a tanning salon. Ladies in the front were lovely, but I immediately felt skeptical. The guy that does Botox had a baseball hat on, filthy scrubs, and the room was a hot mess. Red flag red flag. Then he lectured me on how what I bought in groupon wouldn't be sufficient & would need to buy 150$ more to get results. I'm 32 & been getting Botox since I was 29 at dermatologist & plastic surgeon offices in upscale areas....this guy insisted they must be injecting me with water (ummmm okay lol) and informed me he injects his 23 yr

It is on the pricy side but you can talk about deals with Samar. Very polite and helpful. I have thick dark black course hair.and this is second time I have gotten a 6treament package. This time it actually worked!I am so happy with the experience! I hope to save up and go back for more areas on my body soon.Definitely best service ever.

I highly recommend this place for any cosmetics, especially for laser. I have done a full body laser and only seen great results. It has taken time for me, but everyone's body is different and you will notice a difference after the first session. The women working there are very professional and are so helpful. Overall, I would rate this place a 10/10.

I just finished my sixth session, and I must say the results are amazing!! You see results right after your first session. Layla was the one who did my sessions and she truly wants whats best for you. Very very nice and friendly, and tries to make it as comfortable as possible. In between sessions I barely had to shave, so results are great. I did my shopping around and Laser duet has the best deal, and best results for full body. Others were asking for a crazy amount of money, but laser duet is reasonable. Definitely recommend!
