My wife and I were having issues working with a previous realtor for 3 months. Cindi was contacted and within 36hrs the house had pictures taken and the house was posted in the MLS. She has kept us updated with the entire process of our house sale and we have been beyond pleased.

Cindi and Zach are the best! I have worked with them twice now and both times have been amazing. The first home that I bought was a new build townhouse and the most recent home is a for sale detached house. Although the buying processes were completely different, Cindi new exactly what to do through each one. I bought both homes in Raleigh, NC and even though the market here is insane, Cindi remained calm, cool, and collected even when I absolutely did not! Cindi was so helpful and informative! My husband and I were very ambitious in deciding to sell our first home and purchase a new one in the midst of expecting our first child. Not to mention, a little picky, haha! We had a long list of things we wanted and weren't sure we could find such a gem in Durham!
