Charlton, Kristen and their entire team providing an unforgettable experience for a 50th birthday celebration for my wife. They went above and beyond to not only provide outstanding food but to make it a personalized experience. In our case, this meant working with us to create a Spanish-themed menu (my wife and I met in Spain) and to ensure that all of the ingredients were authentic – down to the right kind of rice in the paella. On September 5th, Charlton Becker Catering catered our wedding. Our venue gave us a laundry list of approved caterers, but I asked them to narrow it down to their favorites as I was overwhelmed. Charlton Becker was the front runner from the moment I first reached out. They immediately responded and scheduled a phone call. Incredible experience from start to finish, and that "finish" was today. 24 interpreters at Cambridge Health Alliance received fine dining boxed lunches this afternoon. I hosted a dinner party for a close friend celebrating her marriage. It was a small party of 8 & I knew we wanted delicious food & Charlton and his team came highly recommended by a friend. To begin with, they were absolutely amazing to work with. They made everything so easy. We recently had Charlton and his wonderful crew host a small cocktail party for 20 at our home in downtown Boston. From our first conversation where Charlton answered his phone on the first ring to the end of the event itself which left me with a spotless kitchen and wonderful leftovers, Charlton and Kristen made sure the event was given special attention and were so responsive to all the details which makes an evening unique and personal. Charlton and team catered our Clam Bake for the 3rd year in a row, and it was fantastic! We were faced with the challenge of "thunder storms", which put a different spin on our event. Normally, we are outside with games, tables and the grills firing up the corn and steak. Charlton and his team assured us the food would be just as good done from their kitchen and then plated once onsite. To our amazement,the food could not have been better. From the first conversation with Charlton to the day of the event everything was easy and perfect. Kristen and Charlton worked out the menu with ease, subsequent changes were not a problem. The food was delicious. The presentation was beyond my expectations: the food, flowers, and votive candles hit just the right note for my mother's 100th birthday party. Kristen even brought a bouquet of flowers for my mother! I would recommend Charlton Becker Catering to anyone looking to create the perfect event.

Charlton and team catered our Clam Bake for the 2nd year in a row, and it was fantastic! I wasn't sure it could have been better than the first year, but they successfully made it another unbelievable event for our Company.
