This bank is the worst!! Drive through tellers are rude and unprofessional. On more than one occasion I have left angry and annoyed.

Been a client for multiple years, I’ve been on a traveling job the last year, and having your card turned off 1200 miles away from home and not having a place to stay with a winter storm on its way in was really frustrating and scary. Very unhappy with TLC as this isn’t the first time something like this has happened and I’ve explained my travel situation multiple times to them.
YOU NEED TO HAVE AN AFTER-HOURS HOTLINE TO CALL FOR REASONS LIKE THIS, ITS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

DONT trust this credit union. Fees are outrageous, takes literally 20 mins to get somebody on the phone. they have maximum 2 people working there because they are lazy. IOTT Insurance upstairs are terrible people and crooks. PLEASE, Go to Blissfield State Bank instead.

Can you imagine working 40 hours a week at a job and earning a paycheck and then being denied access to your money? Well that's what happens when you trust TLC bank with your money . Always a surprise never a phone call or message 9f any kind. Just randomly go to make a purchase and have my funds denied. My husband went to withdraw money at an ATM and was told that his funds were restricted. Upon further investigation I was told that a $27.67 purchase at a local gas station within 2 miles down the road from my house (that we frequent. almost daily) was deemed "suspicious"/fraudulent

Wife and I stopped into TLC in Blissfield recently to pay off her auto loan due to us being locked out frequently as we did not log in often enough since we had everything set up so we never missed a payment. We were helped by Donte Howard, who was very personable and helpful. We found Donte to be very pleasant to converse with and helpful with the issue of stopping our auto money transfer from our major banking institution to TLC. I wish to take a moment to express our view that we need more people like Donte in customer service EVERYWHERE. He left such a lasting impression on us I felt the need

One the worst banks I've dealt with in more than 50 years. Not senior friendly, renege on promises made, hold direct deposits for days, half their staff un-friendly, some their executives dishonest, not at all helpful, all in all sorry I ever met them. As the saying goes " buyer beware".

DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION. THEY STINK. I PUT IN A VERY LARGE DEPOSIT, WHICH THEY ARE HOLDING FOR OVER A WEEK, THEN THEY CHARGED ME 8 OVERDRAFT CHARGES AT $28.00 EACH THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THEY ACT LIKE YOU SHOULD BE HONORED THAT YOU HAVE THEM AS A BANK. WILL NOT HAVE ME MUCH LONGER. THIS IS CLOSE TO THEFT IN MY OPINION.

Our business recently relocated to TLC after our bank was sold to a larger company. I couldn't be happier with them! The customer service is unheard of. Derek and john both came out to our site to make sure our visa machine was installed and working properly and has immediately called us back or personally showed up to be sure any problems are quickly resolved. Not to mention the fees are the most reasonable around. So nice to have a local bank that takes great care of us small businesses. I highly recommend this bank for both Personal and business accounts.

Maria is wonderful. I had issues with x box charging my credit card month after month and she got it all sorted out. Has helped me with all sorts of stuff. Every time I come in she treats my 100 dollar transaction like it was a 10000 dollar very important transaction. On two separate occasions I have seen people standing in line and letting others go ahead so they can have her as their teller. She gets things done. Remembers you and is super nice in the process.
