Worst credit union ever. Their special employees really need some sensitivity training while people are suffering from the pandemic but over here it is ALWAYS the customers fault - your account gets compromised and not only do they NOT inform you - they also withhold information... When someone asks you for help or what they need to do to bring their account back up maybe and this is just an idea but MAYBE tell them. Help them understand what they need to do instead of throwing them back under the bus. I understand you guys make your money off of others misfortunes but this is ridiculous. Your

After almost 20 years of being at this bank- This branch is the reason my husband and I will be shutting our account down. Which, is astonishing because we have never had a problem with this credit union prior to this instance. The blatant disrespect and prejudice we faced was absolutely ridiculous.
My husband and I just sold her car and had brought the cashiers check which was written out by another credit union. We were told it could not be cashed because it was written out to my husband, and the purchaser of the car. Which, we found out later is state law that it needs to be written that way
