I have not had good experiences here. Was very sick and they canceled my appointment and wouldn't let me speak w the Dr. because my physical hadn't been done in more than 6 months. Really?? Unfriendly and unprofessional/unknowledgeable staff, outdated facilities and tech, they want to bring you in unnecessarily as much as they can just to bill you. Dr. Didn't even contact me to go over my lab results with me and everyone there just seems clueless. Left this practice, do not waste your time.

Double-check your statements and your insurance app of what you should pay for co-pay and additional charges. The office billing doesn't ever add up. I've been trying to find a new doctor before the pandemic, and it's been challenging, so, unfortunately, I've had to come here again recently. Also, it's like the front desk is never updated. I always get voicemails saying that so-and-so doctor would like to see me when that's not even the doctor I requested/prefer or recently seen. I never get the same doctor (if I even get a doctor), which is super annoying because I have to re-explain myself and

I started visiting this office for allergy treatment when Dr. Kaufman worked there. She is spectacular and has opened a great office in McLean - anyone seeking allergy treatment in this region should go there.
After Dr. Kaufman left, I continued receiving my allergy shots at Beauregard because it is significantly closer to my home. Recently, I caught a technician before they were about to make a very serious dosing error that likely would have sent me to the hospital. I immediately switched to Dr. Kaufman's new office. Unfortunately, that was not the first mistake I had caught a technician in

Beauregard Medical Center is a five star medical center with great doctors and caring staff, who work together tirelessly as a team and treat their patients with compassion and kindness. I am a long standing patient for over 20 years and I appreciate that most of the support staff has been with this group for just as long. It is very calming to visit a doctors office where the team really cares about the people they serve and do their best to help you get better. Highly recommend this medical group!!

Dr. Kaufman is a knowledgeable and thorough allergist but does not respond to messages or calls. Everything about this office in general is poorly managed. I also had an experience where a nurse became confrontational with me with no cause and I was never given an apology. The nurse continued to keep her job and received no repercussions. Calls are rarely returned and I no longer feel comfortable taking my son here. I do not recommend it to anyone.

This doctor’s office is the most unprofessional and incompetent place I’ve ever visited. Dr. Youseff is so nice, attentive, and helpful and it’s such a shame that her quality of care is overshadowed by this god-awful place. The staff are incompetent - private and unprofessional conversations around patients and answering the phone like it’s just a random friend calling instead of a business environment. They had me sitting in the back waiting for 30 minutes because they are so disorganized. I want to like this place because of Dr. Youssef but I am finding another PCP because this medical

I've been going to the practice for over a dozen years, even before their move to the much nicer building on Kenmore Avenue.
It is true that there is turnover, but one of the doctors actually came back to the practice (Dr. Youssef) and she is excellent. There is a real shortage of PG's out there, so a lot of doctors/NP's get lured to other offices.
I originally went to them because I didn't have insurance and had to pay out of pocket. Now I have insurance, but it is EXPENSIVE and the doctors in the plan aren't experienced. It is actually cheaper for me to continue with Beauragard and pay directly

Had this place as my primary doc since about 15 years ago. Initially, was seen by a real doctor. Doctors were great, but they all retired or moved on. For the past 5 years was seen by a PA. She was awesome, but she left, too. Last time I went in, I was seen ( and lectured) by a nurse who was probably a half of my age, if not less. It was just insulting, especially considering that they still charge you as you were seen by s doctor. Never going back to this place again.
