The staff there was very professional. The procedure itself went very smoothly and the doctor was very good at telling me everything that was going to happen before it happened. When I told him that it was stinging when he put in the numbing medication he backed off and went a little more slowly. They were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing that was frustrating was the billing. It took them a while to explain to me exactly how that would work after contractual adjustment etc. I think that portion of things could’ve gone more smoothly.
Also, he did not offer me pain medication and even

Dr. Boyer was absolutely wonderful. He was informative, patient with ALL my questions (there were plenty), thorough and realistic about treatment options. His office staff was efficient and friendly. The office was spotless (although I have a hunch this is their normal protocol). I was not terribly interested in surgery and he took the time to go through both scenarios and options. My experience with surgeons is that they want to do surgery. In fact, they usually PUSH surgery. That was not my experience here. I felt the treatment was individualized and not just a standard 1..2..3, everyone fits

First, thank you to the front office staff. They have the patience of Job. They walked me through everything I missed for the online setup of my account. This was very appreciated!
Second, Dr. Boyer is wonderful. As nervous as I was to seek his medical opinion, he was soft spoken and very knowledgeable about a field of medicine that is very hard to determine what is the cause of the pain. He listened to my concerns and answered them carefully!
Thank you again Idaho Hand Center front office staff, check out staff, and Dr. Boyer for a wonderful first experience! It takes a team! And the Idaho Hand

Office incorrectly filed my husbands broken hand as workmans comp. My husband has not had a job in over a year and a half, there is no way is it related to workmans comp. After calling over 6 times during business hours and leaving multiple voice mails on the direct voice mail of Lacey Braun from billing AND the main phone number begging and asking for insurance to be rebilled, we have not had any return phone calls and insurance has not been rebilled correctly. We have left our phone numbers as well as regiven our insurance information on these voicemails. I have called the main number and personally

I have never broken a bone before in my entire life and one day I decided to go snowboarding and I broke my wrist in two places. I was super afraid and super emotional and the staff was so nice and so supportive and Dr. Boyer was even better than I was expecting when it came to breaking the news to me that I would need surgery. He answered all of my questions and he was super kind and compassionate. My wrist is so much better now. I am so glad that I found these guys.
