Excellent dealership! In October, I purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger at Crossroads from Brett. Brett was awesome to work with throughout the whole process. On the phone and in person, Brett was friendly, honest and very helpful. He was not pushy, listened to what I wanted and made me feel that my business was important to him/dealership. UPDATE: Crossroads Ford did NOT fix my car's issue that they took a month to "fix" and charged me for. The same issue is now happening again, so they have fixed nothing. They also won't look at my car now until next month, when this is a problem that needs to be addressed right away. Crossroads Ford needs to give me back the money I paid because they didn't fix anything. Taking my car to another dealership now, contemplating legal action.
I am so disappointed to have to write this review, I really wish I didn't have this experience. My husband and I brought our car to Crossroads Ford as new customers

I had the worst customer service experience. They are supposed to do what you ask them to do not what they feel like doing. They deserve no stars. I was charged $129.60 to glue my review mirror on which was outrageous. I have had this done before 5 times somewhere else and only wanted their advice about what to do next. I was looking for something stronger to hold the mirror up. I said to the gentleman on the phone I just want their knowledge about the situation. They had to give me a rental to pick my mother up because I expected to only be there 30 minutes and I had dropped my mother off shopping

Drove here before work one day, about 1.5 hr drive and was cutting it close on coming back. I didn't call ahead. Stopped in to look at a car and the internet salesman said someone would be with me, so I waited. After maybe 20 minutes after the internet salesman came back over and asked if he could help. I told him what I wanted to test drive and he got me the keys and I also explained my long drive to get there. Took the car out and it was dead empty, to the point of not wanting to drive further than within eyesight of the dealership (less than a mile test drive). I came back and parked the

I came in for a routine oil change but I also had been hearing an unusual noise when I hit the brake. It turned out to be a seized caliper. This was a Saturday morning and they had to order the part. So, they offered me a loaner and sent me on my way. A few days later my car was repaired, and I'm a happy driver!
