How do we keep our costs lower than the average wax center/skin clinic? We utilize online booking as our main resource to book clients, therefore we do not have a receptionist or call center. Had my first experience in this salon with Jacky (leg wax) whom was friendly and personable, and professional. Would definitely book again. Second experience was with Tiffany whom was also very friendly, personable and professional. Really enjoyed my visit (leg wax, eyelash lift) Tiffany was more than accommodating and kind and I am planning to book again. Loved the final result of lash lift/tint and am so happy this place is in my neighborhood!

Had my first bazillian with Tiffany today and I cannot express enough how much of a wonderful experience i had. She made me feel so comfortable & explained every step by step process and had very good recommendations for me. I highly recommend her & I'm happy to say I will be returning for more treatments she literally does it all! Thank you again Tiffany!

Love coming to Kim's beautiful and *clean* salon... she is careful to follow updated State mandates re: COVID-19 from having clients wait until invited in to hand washing and mask-wearing and more. I never tell her what procedures I want - she's the expert so she decides. She knows my dry and aging skill is trusted to her capable hands, and I'm always happy with the results although I never want to leave.

I have had a few different treatments here and have always had a great experience. Kim is great. Tiffany is terrific. Tiffany is working with me to create the best process for my aging face and specific needs. This is the first time I've invested the time, effort and investment in me. I'm excited to try other services they provide as my anti aging journey continues. As someone who works in healthcare and is masking etc daily, Skin Works is doing a phenomenal job with COVID-19 restrictions and safe practices.

Kim does a really great job! We had a bit of a miscommunication due to an error on the part of Groupon, but she cleared it up right away. After that, scheduling was super easy. Kim is very thorough with her microdermabrasion work, which I really appreciated! She offered some beauty advice/instruction, but I was still able to relax as she wasn't chatting the entire time either. She seems very knowledgeable, and the results were great! Thank you Kim!

Kim is always thorough in her explanations of the wonderful services she provides. I follow my aftercare to a "T" and the results are amazing! We have done tons of different facials, waxing, I'm even going to try henna brows next! I can't wait until my next appointment. And I also can't recommend her services enough. Love the space and location too!

Kim is awesome. She has a great energy and her depth of knowledge shows in her work. She answered all of my questions and explained the necessary home care I would need to purchase to get the best results. As she said, "Your use of home care makes the treatment more effective." She knows her business. I can't argue with the success of her previous clients, one of which recommended me to her while I was visiting Washington.

Horrible experience & waste of money! Totally regret it. I would give Zero Stars if I could. Customer service needs significant improvement and the salon room needs to be properly cleaned please. I've been to various spas and salons and this was by far the dirtiest and least professional. Definitely not someone I would recommend to my friends, the public, or even someone I didn't like.
UPDATE: the owner harassed me via text and told me that my honest review on yelp of her salon is a form of bullying. It's called freedom of speech. Clean up your salon and work on customer service

0 stars if I could. The lady had no personality and the room looked very unkept. I regret not backing out once noticing these red flags. Sometime after the service I started feeling dizzy and nauseous. I thought it may have been from the chemicals she used . Afterwards she informed me that she recently had a virus and I most likely caught it from her. I was also scammed and extra $41. So basically I went in to a dirty salon with a random lady to provide a service with zero results, have a negative health reaction, and charged an extra $41 that I now have to dispute with my credit card company

Kim is amazing!! I got a Groupon for two microdermabrasions and she went above and beyond taking care of my skin. She was a treat to talk too and super knowledgeable about skin care. I can't wait for my next appointment l. I just moved here and was overwhelmed trying to find a new esthetician, so I am so glad I found her. I 100% recommend her!!
