Literally at a loss for words!!!! My experience here was phenomenal. I had the greatest massage by Tiffany and wow she worked her magic! I’ve had lower back problems and walked away with no more pain. She knows what she’s doing! She’s amazing & I feel amazing! Also, the spa is so cute and very clean! I will be back!!

Samantha is amazing at what she does. I moved 45 mins south of Vancouver and so I decided to try a new waxing lady locally and am convinced now that it is worth the drive to come up to Vancouver to have my waxing done by her. She is fast, efficient, thorough and simply phenomenal. I have never felt anything less than amazing after leaving this spa! Highest recommendation!!

I have been seeing Vanessa for laser hair removal for several months now and have gotten several different areas treated. I really do feel the laser hair removal has greatly improved my confidence and I will continue to get other areas done as I can afford them. Often times you can buy a package of treatments for an area and get a deal if you have already been a customer, otherwise there may be a groupon going on to get you going. I have received treatments on my face, underarms, and areolas. She is always so communicative with what she is doing and answers my questions should I have any. I feel

I bought the Living Social deal for 6 hair removal sessions(Brazilian) and only received 5 because I was jipped of the last treatment. The owner said I had missed an appointment 3 weeks after my 5th treatment(appointments are supposed to be 6 weeks out) and I have no recollection of this appointment or why it was made(Neither did the owner). I canceled my 6th appointment via email due to my son getting really sick that morning and asked for someone to call me to reschedule. I originally came to this spa for laser hair removal and absolutely loved the people and the environment. Christy did an outstanding job with my laser hair removal. I work as a nurse practitioner and am very picky about having any procedure done, but she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and had great results. I later started getting my hair cut and colored by Jenny Miller and she does an excellent job at both. I highly recommend her and this location. Very happy with my experiences there!

Visited this place 6 times because of a Groupon special. The gist of this review is that the laser hair removal didn't work at all. I was terribly disappointed and have just as much hair in my upper lip as when I started. I made mention of it with two visited left and the technician mentioned "turning up the intensity" but with two visits left it wasn't enough to remove the hair. I just felt they really don't know what their doing. Waste of time and money.

The laser they used did not even hurt whatsoever which tells me they didn't have it turned up properly to do what it was supposed to do. My mom got laser done on her entire lower half pretty much and according to her it hurts, A LOT. That's when I knew something wasn't right.
