Attorney Dave Volman helped me get through struggles with my business during all the economic difficulties of the last several years. I really was overwhelmed and was so fortunate to have. I have seeked Atty Volman's advise several times over the past 5+ years. He is very patient in explaining any and all legal options that I might have.

Every member of our legal team is dedicated to providing great service and treating our clients right. Several members of the Volman family work in the office and all of our staff members have been working together for more than a decade.
I hired Mr. Volman to dismiss my divorce case due to lack of jurisdiction. The other party eventually withdrew the case. But I like to mention that Mr. Volman not only gave me a free consultation but he was very good in returning my calls and was always there for me. Volman handled my bankruptcy quickly and efficiently.
Laws that are related to family matters, such as divorce, child support and custody, spousal support and other related matters all fall under the term "Family Law." Cases of domestic violence and those involving an abusive partner also fall under the family law head, along with the criminal law. Our Family Law information center gives details about divorce, and answers frequently asked questions about the divorce process.
The decision to file for bankruptcy is never an easy one. He was my lawyer when I was going thru divorce about 7 year ago, very unorganized and because of that charged me double on paperwork that I already did. Didnt help me with visitation rights and it cost me over $7,000. 3 months after my divorce I was financially struggling and emotionally destroyed because I couldn't see my kids, so I decided to see another lawyer and when she saw my case I was told that he didn't fight for me. Thank God she fix my visitation rights. Not just he was a terrible lawyer he argued with me when I ask to try to meet in the middle with my ex. If you want my advice dont

Unorganized , gave evidence to the plaintiff lawyer and did not present any evidence to the Judge, refuse to subpoena witnesses FOR MY CASE and immediately file Certificate of Completion before the judge made the ruling. He will not return my calls to fix the mess he created. DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC LAWYER IF YOU WANT TO CALL HIM A LAWYER !

They sent me a brief email reply that was misspelled and had abbreviations like "atty" for attorney and they spelled "need" as "neef." Very unprofessional.

Very disappointed in how Atty Volman handled our case. He was very arrogant in and out of the courtroom. He was very unorganized and made us look like idiots in the courtroom. I often overheard other professionals involved in the case speak about his incompetence. Im not sure how he has "30 years of experience" because he seemed to always be lost and making things as he went along. Save yourself lots of time, money and aggravation by not going to him.

David has represented me post divorce through alienation and custody issues with my former spouse. He is dedicated and truly cares about my case and works hard to protect my parental rights when threatened. I would highly recommend David in family cases.

Terrible experience w/ Atty Volman,
Would not file Mandatory Disclosure and Production motion for divorce proceedings. Tried to discuss what he advises other clients about Paternity. His response was : Does she look like you.. I took that as an insult and didn't continue discussion. Atty Volman on his own went to the opposing counsel questioning wife's fidelity and that I wasn't the father of my daughter.

Extent of his style - Opposing side sent their proposed settlement and I was told to look at it, mark up changes and he'd fax it over. No written objections nor typed out
