Worst experience. I took my mom and sister for a spa day. After 30 min wait and no sign of them being seen in the near future we asked if they would be seen for their apptment soon. There was no clear answer so after an additional 15min. They left without any service. One staff member by the name Helen talked about them rudly and said rude comment about Americans. when booking the appointment we ask three time if we would be seen on time and together.and he assured us that would be no problem. No regard for people time.

When I first went in I had some issues with my my pedicure and dip manicure. I spoke with Tony and he asked me to please come back in. I went back and he was so nice and made my nails look so pretty. Gave me exactly the shape I was looking for and re did my toe polish. They look great and are very clean and groomed looking. He took care of everything quickly and personally. Very professional and cares about his customers.

I recently sent my wife in to get her Nail done with Tony. When she came home and i saw her nails i was amazed at how good they looked. I highly recommend Tony and his staff. Great people, locally owned and they take pride in their clients and work. The facility is brand new and highly recommend them. Go see them!

Steven did my pedicure and tony did my nails at the same time, sat me down immediately, very fast and good work, however i was very concerned about the sanitation the entire time, i didn’t see them clean the foot spa or use any cleaning products, every time the pulled out a nail clipper or file they put it right back as if they don’t clean it or sanitize, as much as i love the work the did i will not be going back due to lack of sanitation not worth the $90 i paid.
Update not even a week and half and 3 of my nails cracked, not chipped crack so they are uneven.

Please think twice before coming here! I recently moved to the Southside and decided to get mani/pedi here and I regret it, so disappointed with the result 😞. I have gotten mani/pedi else where and have NEVER got FUNGUS on feet, my toe nails were turning black under the toenail. Never have i ever experience this.. This is so disgusting and not clean and so wrong! I payed $100+ to literally get FUNGUS this is so 😥 now I have to get treated for this, will not ever step foot back in this place again. They need to take the nessary steps professionally to clean this place and equipment. I wish

I took my daughter to get her nails
done here for the first time since actual nail techs weren’t available. They are so unprofessional and very rude. Billy was the one doing my daughters nails and he started of great but then the other guy tony i think his name is started rushing billy causing billy to mess up the nails a bit. my daughter told him about the mistakes but billy seemed to get mad over my daughter pointing those things out. Horrible place will never come again. I hope i can get a refund because the nails didn’t even look nice in the end
