We have had good service in the past, we have our new trailer in there now and will give an updated review after service is completed.

Best customer service with both big and small requests, there are the place to go for RV service and repair in the mid Valley.

I want to give my man Joe five stars since he was amazing and a joy to work with. We picked up our rig within a week after the pre sale inspection was completed. The only downside was when delivered the unit was not very clean. Lots of dust and a film on things. Fortunately my wife went I. And scrubbed it down as she would do anyway! Joe is fantastic so if your looking. Take a look at Power RV and ask for my man Joe!

Very friendly staff. I believe I met the owner at the register when buying some random RV parts. A nice and clean facility with a beautiful classic car on display it was a Bel Air I believe.

Our family had been preparing to sell our house and become full-timers over the next year as we travel the country in our truck and travel trailer with our 8 and 6 year olds. In the midst of chaos of preparing our house for sale and trying to downsize a 3 br house down a travel trailer and storage unit, we ran out of time on trying to figure out how to properly install our distribution hitch and sway system we had purchased. Our first destination was in Northern CA, and I didn't feel comfortable making that far of a trip without having the proper hitch installed, so we stopped by an rv place

I have never Dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. From the salesman bragging about being able to work at a place where he doesn't have to cut his hair, to the delivery driver who took 10 hours to do a one hour drive, (went to the wrong city) blew both tires on one side (probably curb job) and seemed he had never backed a trailer in his 85 year life. Save yourself all the stress and go somewhere else!!!

Brian the service manager is such a welcome addition to Power RV Service Center. He is a pleasure to work with and listens to your concerns. It was less than desirable prior to his coming to the service center. Thank you power for hiring Brian. Randy the head service tech is awesome as well. I am so happy they have a good crew on board now. I would recommend taking your RV to them if you have any work that needs done to your RV. Thanks a bunch Marsha

We purchased a new fifth wheel a week ago from Power RV in Aumsville Oregon. A few adjustments needed to be made for the towing and on the awning. Brian at Power RV Service and his staff did a great job. The staff at Power RV Service in Sublimity was competent, efficient, personable and professional. They were able to do the adjustments while we waited which was great as the RV is currently our home. We are back on the road in a few hours. Thanks again

Felt like once we signed and paid that was that. Missing some owners manuals, salesman said he would mail, never did. Brand new trailer, they didn't clean it very well. Few things wrong with it. Took it into service, we could have done a better job. Should have gone somewhere else.

Brian and staff are outstanding. Compared to the previous staff there is none. Took my 5th wheel out to R/V service 3 times in 2018 for warranty service, never completed!
Found out this year there was a new manager and crew at service. Called Brian, he listened and asked when can I bring 5th wheel in. Brought it in on a Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on Monday!! 😁👌😎

We live in San Diego but were willing to drive to Oregon to get the rig we've been looking for. Power RV's website indicated they had one in stock so I left an after hours message to inquire if it was still available. Rick Buchanan promptly called me back the next morning and gave me the unfortunate news that it had recently been sold. While having a discussion of what our other options might be I indicated we weren't 100% sure of our towing capacity as we were getting conflicting information. Ask for Rick Buchanan. Bought a new Stealth Toyhauler and had a great experience. They were open to negotiation, and very up front with costs and any issues were addressed.

Buying our first travel trailer was actually very enjoyable and Ronnie Lucas made it painless! He helped us find just what we were looking for and was able to answer any and all questions, all without any pressure at all. We've been having fun getting it stocked and ready for our first excursion and can't wait to hit the road!

Bought a new trailer and all 4 tires were separated in less than 4,000 miles. Can't get any response to discuss warranty. Don't be fooled by their low prices. Pay more and go with someday that will stand behind the product they sell.

I am really behind in writing this review. I purchased a T@B camper from Rick in October 2016. It was the first camper that I have ever purchased. Rick was wonderful, no pressure at all and he took the time to show me how everything worked on the camper. I live in Seattle and drove down to OR because it was the best deal that I could find. I would definitely recommend them and ask for Rick if you want really good, honest service.

We purchased our first ever RV this fall while at the Salem RV Show. Rob and Ronnie Lucas, along with Ted Kuhlman at Power RV were all great to work with. Rob and Ronnie helped us with our paperwork and walk through of our new rig, so we would know just what to do. Ted helped us set up a connection with Whittaker's Hitches to make the modifications to our truck to accommodate our new 5th Wheel. Everything went flawlessly with our pickup. One year later - we have taken our RV in for its warranty work and to add a

Power RV, our sales contact Ronnie Lucas, and the management staff were wonderful to work with. Everyone is very friendly and committed to making sure we have what we need. We looked for 2 months and attended the RV show. We picked out our RV at the RV show, but due to weather and getting called away for work we were unable to get the financing paperwork done. Power RV held the RV for us for 3 weeks until we were able to get out there and process our paperwork. They walked us through our RV and showed us everything we needed to know. I suggest when you are looking for an RV that you go talk to

All I can say is, WOW!! If you thought customer service was a thing of the past, you'd be wrong if you're dealing with POWER RV. They care about you choosing what you want, not what they need to sell you. That's so rare anymore!! I felt very catered to!! I had a glitch with my trailer and they came to my house and fixed the problem. Who does that??? WELL, POWER RV does!!!! They don't just sell, they back up their products. I bought a 2016 HERITAGE GLEN 5th wheel and I love it. To say I'm a satisfied customer would be an understatement!! I LOVE these guys!! It's almost

I don't post many reviews, but Rob Lucas at Power RV deserves some recognition. We have been looking at new travel trailers for a month or so when we stopped by Power RV, they had a great selection of travel trailers and Rob was so easy to work with. If you're looking for an RV and also appreciate no pressure sales than this is the place to look at.
