Pursuant to section 167-C of the insurance law- an insurance company may not require that repairs be made to a motor vehicle in a particular place or repair shop.
You can drop off your car at a convenient ARX shop and set up a rental car if you have rental car coverage. Make note of the date, time of day, weather conditions and license plate numbers of the other cars involved and the location of the incident. Get the drivers license and registration information of the other people involved in the accident. Ask the police officer on the scene what their procedure is for obtaining a copy of the official accident report if available.

Terrible service one moth for fix a simple bumper 4300 bill for Geico I had a muffler damaged that they didn't fixed they tried to keep the muffler money but fortunately I called Geico and I had 371 from the shop to fix my muffler 4300 to fix a bumper and they didn't even washed I got my car back with a lot over spray and dirty inside very rude people don't let them touch you cat

The day of inspection the manager assured max Max 5 days so I left my car with Geico , now it's been almost 3 weeks and still not ready saying some parts are back ordered and don't know when parts will arrived. The worst part of the history is my parts were fine. They looked good on the Inspection pictures. According to manager " The reason they need to change those parts is because was glued on n it got damaged when they tired take it off" now my car look worst and they want me to take my car without the parts since parts are in backorder. Don't bring your car to these rude people. Don't waste your time! My husband needed me to pick up his car on Saturday since he was at work, they told him they'd stay open until 1pm for us. I get to the shop in 110 degree weather waaaaaay before 1pm and not one person opened the door. I knocked and stood there for 15 minutes straight in the blazing sun. I looked in and the lights were off, no one was there. Then today (Monday), they start calling my husband like crazy at work saying he needs to get the car. The damage to my car was fixed beautifully, however, the repairs took almost a full week longer than the original estimate. It also cost significantly more than another estimate that I had received on the damage from another auto body shop. My issue was mainly that when the repair was extended (the second time, as the repair time was extended twice), I had to call and find out if the car was ready. They did not reach out to me to inform me of that. Beyond that, it was a job well done, and the staff were friendly.

First, I have always passed this little spot and wondered how would they even possibly operate with such a restricted area. I was on break for class and decided to quickly bring in my car for repairs. As soon as I walk in , I met with a very nice man who helped me show him all the work that needed to be done. They exceeded my expectations in how efficient they got me in and out of this repair shop. Not to mention they had me driving a BMW 4 series for about a week! Once I received my car it was SPOTLESS they took the time to clean and polish and detail my whole entire car. They even fixed my foggy

Less than one star! I am sorry I did not consult this page before I left my car there. They are rude, unprofessional and liars. I was even threatened by the 2 owners. Cash only for my deductible - at the last minute or they would not release my car. Told me delays were BMW's fault. No parts came from BMW! They flood you with emails that your work is on schedule - it's not! Geico also worked horribly from this location. They do not check in to see what is happening. Skuffy is definitely helping Enterprise - told me they would help lessen my rental bill! They are crooks! Go elsewhere!

My vehicle came out looking worse than when it arrived. I had additional paint work added while in the shop on top of the insurance claim work being performed. The replaced rear bumper has dirt under the paint and swirl marks all over it. They can't even wax properly. They painted my front bumper and did an absolutely horrendous job. This was not part of the intended work and I believe they damaged my front bumper while it was being worked on and they did a poor job covering it up. I paid them just to save me from going crazy. I will be bringing this to another body shop to have the work done again

I think it helps people to make desicion and as responsible citizen we should help people differentiate professional and unprofessional people.
And these guys are big time unprofessional , even thier Giexo express program is aboht drama , they did not give me my car on time , I called several time to finally get my car, quality of work was very low but can not handle them to claim this so called life time warranty .
Big no to refer any one .b careful to rent anything from enterprise from this auto body because then you

Horrible job! Missed painting the edge of the fender, they fixed it horrible with touch up paint. I noticed the edge of the hood now is not painted, but I refuse to go back there. I'm sure I can do just as bad of a job with touch up paint. Had bubbles in the surface. They fixed the bubbles after I complained. Terrible customer service. Jim the Geico rep will never call you with follow ups, or remember your name when you call. There are so many places to get your car fixed on Long Island go somewhere else.

I live in the Huntington area and often drove past Skuffy's Auto Body but not thinking twice about it. Then one night I backed my Nissan Altima into a wall. Did a little shopping around and a competing local shop in Greenlawn wanted to charge me over $500 to have my bumper repainted. The price I expected the woman said I wouldn't be able to open the can of paint for that much.
So I emailed Skuffy, got a reply back the following day with a much more reasonable estimate. Dropped my car off mid afternoon and the following day it looked as good as new. Didn't have to make an appointment
