Had an amazing experience with Sagamore Collision. First time that I have done business with them and they came recommended by a family member. They did excellent work on my 2018 Tesla S. The work was done in the time estimated and the car came out perfect. Charlie was very responsive and easy to reach. This was the best auto body shop that I have dealt with in 35 years. Highly recommend these guy!!!! A+++

Sagamore collision has been there for me more than once. Each and every time they deliver exceptional service and always with a smile! Today, Eddie helped me sort out questions regarding a repair on my moms car as she was rear ended in a sort of hit and run. He gave me invaluable advice and without making a cent off of the time he spent helping me. It is things like this that make Sagamore Collision the only place I trust for quality service. This business should not be operating. I got water in my car and needed it towed early in the morning. Unfortunately I called these crooks and they were more then happy to tow my car but then tried to claim my car was totaled and would not be able to be repaired. They wanted me to abandon the car to them and were very pushy to do so, trying to give me an 1100 dollar bill for two tows and a week of storage which I confronted as dishonest and was met by the excuse that "two bills got mixed up." They act as if you are an idiot, as unfortunately my insurance did not have any interest in the

Sagamore Collision did a fantastic job on the repairs to my 2019 Mazda3. The car looks new and is gorgeous. I highly recommend them-everyone is so nice and Gary (and the rest of the staff!!) was incredibly accommodating- I always felt as though I was in good hands. A car backed into my rear bumper with minor scratches and I wanted to make sure there was no damage to my exhaust system. Oyster Bay BMW recommended I go to Sagamore where It was determined that there was no damage to exhaust and they buffed out the scratches for me immediately for no charge.

I had an accident in my 2020 Jeep Compass. It was my first accident in 15 years. It's also a 6 month old car. I had absolutely no idea what to do. A coworker of mine highly recommended them, and I'm absolutely glad he did. I can't say enough good things about Sagamore. Nicole walked me through everything, she made all the necessary calls for me (car rental, insurance company to sort out the assessment, etc). I've been going to Sagamore for about 6 years now, and they absolutely never fail to disappoint. Super reliable, the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they make you feel right at home. They treat customers like family and that's hard to come by these days. I sent my car in after an accident and my car came back looking better than when I had originally bought it. Parts were fixed and my car was finely detailed. I couldn't be happier!

Sagamore is an excellent body shop to get your work done. I had paint and body work for my Tesla Model S done there. My car looks better than new. Joe and Charlie both were very professional, available and courteous all the time. Even the front desk staff was excellent. They dealt with insurance directly with no hiccups. Recommend them to anyone anytime.

I received the worst service possible for my brand new 2020 Jeep, I only had the car off the lot for 2 total months before it was crashed into on one side. From car rental to standard service, pretty much nothing went right. My vehicle was quoted for a 30 day fix. That turned into 4+ months of me without a vehicle. I was completely overcharged for my rental due to this problem which was the least of my worries. Every time I called they would tell me one more week and we’ll have the car complete. They are honest, friendly and do good work. Absolutely recommend. This is my second car to have body work done. They competently deal with the insurance company and adjustors to make what is never a fun situation into at least a less stressful one. That is my experience with Sagamore Collision.

Very happy I chose Sagamore Collision from the list of certified auto collision shops from my dealer. They provided BETTER customer service than my dealership by always taking my calls and answering any questions I had. Sagamore was extremely accommodating to my schedule and even detailed my car so when I received it, my car was like brand new. Thank you Sagamore!

This is the third time using Sagamore. I had a 2 month old 2018 Infiniti Q50 that was hit on the passenger side at Target. The color was Pearl white with front fender and door damage. I dealt with Eddie at Sagamore. I was nervous how the car would look because the one side of the car has to be painted with new door and fender. Well when I picked up the car it looked even better than when I got at the showroom. What a great crew at Sagamore. If you want your car looking like it came out of the showroom you must come here. I got into a small accident, but it was my classic car and meant a lot to me. I wanted to stay local and saw a recommendation for Sagamore by Dr. Gulbransen, and figured if I can trust him with my kids, I can trust him for a body shop. He was right.

Really good guys, excellent job and they made it very easy. One small thing needed to be fixed afterward, and they did it quickly and happily. Collision repair is an ugly business, but these guys are the real deal. They have my business from now on.

Hands down the best auto body shop on Long Island. Chris the service manager at Oyster Bay BMW recommended the shop and I couldn't be happier. The shops very professional and accommodating. I called to set up an appointment and, Nicole told me all I have to do is fill out some paper work and my rental will be ready! She kept her word it was a painless experience I gave the shop permission to deal with the insurance company and from that point they took total control. I didn't have to do a thing. For Eddie and Joe they are the best! They promised me the car will look better then the day

This place is the number one place to get your car fixed. I had my car fixed here two times after 2 accidents and both times looks better than when I 1st purchased it. Ive been dealing with Eddie for several years now, from car detailing to major accidents. I don't trust anyone else to work on my car. They are honest, caring and do the best work. I have to drive 1/2 hour to go to them so that tells you they are worth it.

Had my car done here. Pretty much a standard job I'm sure. Place seems to fix cars by the 100s a month if not a week. My car door side mirror is a little lose tho.

I've had 3 cars serviced by Gary and Eddie -- they do fantastic work, exactly to the price they estimate, in exactly the amount of time they tell you it's going to be done. Auto body shops are like barbers, sometimes you get a bad cut; however, if these guys cut my hair every time, I'd be on the cover of GQ. Highly recommended, local business, and earnest, accommodating staff.

I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive to bring my car there, but then noticed only 3 poor reviews and I see hundreds of cars coming and going from this place, if so bad why is it still there. The place is close to where I do some business, so I brought my Audi 6 there for a touch up, get out some minor dents, repair a damaged grill and re-powder coat the rims. The work was done on time and as promised, no cost over runs. If I need work done in the future, I will certainly use these guys again.

Just got my car done at Sagamore Auto Body. Very friendly people, but don't be fooled. They milk the insurance company like no other. Had minor damage to my car but wrote up a super high bill for the insurance company. They didn't even replace/fix 70% of the stuff they billed for. Car takes forever to be completed. Each time you call them for an update "car is in paint and going to be reassembled", when the car is clearly sitting on their lot, untouched. They think you are a fool and don't know whats going on. I would stay away from them for their dishonesty.
