Lorin has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last 5 years and he is awesome. If you are as obsessed with getting the right color and cut as I am - then Lorin is your guy! He totally gets hair and how it should look and feel! I also recommend getting the keratin treatments from him (if you need them).

Have a wedding, Birthday Party or Special Event coming up? Check out Dreamz for the best sunless airbrush! Bhumi is cordial, professional, and extremely thorough. I've been getting spray tans for quite some time and the techniques done at Dreams are some of the best.
For the quality of service, the price is right (especially for the area). Spray Tans cost $45 (plus tip, of course), take 30 minutes, and last for up to almost two weeks.
I cannot recommend Bhumi and the Dreamz Team enough.

I walked in the salon without any appointment for a haircut and color. Lorin, was pretty welcoming and adjusted his schedule to accommodate me. I took his recommendation for the hair color and it looks great. He knows what he is talking about. Salon was clean, which is very imp to me. Bhumi topped it off with a nice hair mask. Great products. Highly recommend this place.

Went on a Friday afternoon because a friend told me about their $25 blowout special and as someone who gets their hair blown out A LOT -- I wanted to see how they were. Lee was wonderful, I asked her not to use any hot tools and she did exactly as I asked. My hair came out beautiful and I have a lot of it, I am so impressed will absolutely be returning. Such good vibes

I have not had my hair done here, but wanted to write a review about my experience with their waxing service. The girl did such an amazing job with my eyebrows, I was blown away. She nicely re-shaped them, was very careful and took her time making sure they were even as my eyebrows are naturally slightly different shapes. The wax they use is also organic and didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. 100% would recommend!

My standing in the cold while it's lightly sprinkling doesn't explain the placement of highlights that is CLEARLY not in an ombré/balayage style nor does it explain the crooked haircut.
But okay, let's talk about the brassiness you blame my "naturally dark hair" for.

5 stars and highly recommend Lee! I went in for my first haircut and highlights today and can’t be happier with the results. I showed her some pictures, she listened and did exactly what I wanted.
Other details (since it is COVID), the salon is super clean, everyone is wearing masks and they take your temperature upon arrival. So they are following all of the recommended precautions and I felt very safe the entire time.
Bottom line – I would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I got balayage and haircut service at Dreamz. my first time experiencing balayage. I did highlights countless time. Lee did my balayage and hair cut. I was so surprised how fast she was and how professional she was. She did great job. And you know sometimes when you go for haircut sometimes you can even tell if they cut it or not she was really careful knowledge about what she was doing!!I had an amazing experienced with Lee!! He was very quick, careful, and efficient. I have a lot of hair — very long. You can definitely say he worked hard on my hair and the results are fabulous.

I was recommended here by my best friend who’s been going here for over 10 years and I’m so glad I took her up on it. I went in recently with all faded red and brown hair and was looking to get a balayage for the first time. Was nervous to try blonde but Lorin went above and beyond my expectations! I absolutely loved it and the beautiful beach curls he added on. Decided he will be the only one dying my hair from here on out. The salon has an awesome vibe and everyone was great.

But finally I decided to go at DREAMZ SALON after I viewed pictures of some friends who've been there before and have got hair color and haircut done with LORIN. After having massages and a haircut here, decided to try balayage. Despite enjoying the other services I’ve had here, this was far from meeting my expectations.
I provided pictures of what I had wanted (shown below) and informed the stylist I did not want it too blonde, really trying to enforce the goal of it being subtle.The stylist did the balayage with her hands instead of a brush which was a new experience for me, having had balayage many times before. The resulting product is chunky streaks, not evenly distributed, not subtle and incredibly brassy!!

A fellow mom recommended I goto Lorin for a blow out as he is supposedly good at his job and very affordable. So I called a day before I needed one and booked a wash/blowdry specifically with Lorin. In fact, he booked the appointment himself and when I asked "Are you available tomorrow at 2 pm?" - he said "Yes, I am".
I go in the next day and see that he's busy at 2 pm finishing someone else, so I wait patiently and then I notice that after he is done, he has plans to take another lady for her hair after that. So I walk up to him and say "I'm here for the 2

I had Brittany for a balayage. I showed her a picture of a brown caramel balayage, she asked if I wanted it more towards the bottom I said yes. When she was finished, I was a bit disappointed because it wasnt what I expected. I tried to convince myself that it was ok. But after leaving the salon I was able to really look at the color with the sunlight and I realized the picture I showed her was nothing like what she had done. My hair is blonde/yellowish/orangish all around (top and bottom). I also asked her to fix my bangs and she cut them uneven. She did nothing right. Will not be going back.

Lee gave me a major haircut and full highlights and she NAILED it. I can't want to go back for more color, as I finally found a hairdresser I can trust.
I emailed the salon the Monday prior to leaving on an 8 day trip and they were able to get me in the Thursday night before I left. I showed Lee a photo of what I wanted and she knew just want to do. Mind you - my hair is super straight and pretty dead with highlights that have been grown out for almost a year. Lee was able to work with me and deliver the best hair I've had in years. The salon is also a great atmosphere. Spotless clean

I just got my hair dyed professionally for the first time in my life and Brittany was AMAZING. I told her the color and cut I wanted and she worked with me based on what was realistic for my dark hair. Then she got me to the exact color I wanted which I have no doubt was tricky. She worked with me for FIVE hours answering every little question I had, and keeping me informed every step of the way. She also gave me the most incredible blow out and pays very close attention to detail. I felt very well taken care of at this salon and I will be returning in the future. THANK YOU BRITTANY!

I always leave here feeling great! Brittany does an awesome job with my cut, color, and style -- I'm so happy I discovered this place thanks to Groupon last year!
Now that I'm 30 and these greys are sprouting up left and right, I'm so grateful to have a reliable colorist to keep my roots under control.
And while the quality is top shelf, the prices are super reasonable compared to other places in Hoboken and Jersey City.
So try them out with a Groupon and become another regular like me!

Amazing experience overall! Went in today for a Brazilian and had the pleasure of having the owner, Bhumi, do my waxing. Bhumi is great! She is very knowledgeable and even gave me advice on how to make my eyebrows and lashes thicker lol. The place is super cute and very clean. I brought my friend to get her very first Brazilian and she loved it! Will definitely be going back and also may be trying the threading as well!

Where do I begin...I got a groupon for a 60 min Swedish massage. I called and booked it same day, which I appreciated, but later learned why business is slow. I arrived and a woman asked what I was there for, in a less than friendly manner. I told her and she said she would get the room ready. I waited a couple min and then she welcomed me in and instructed me to undress and get under the sheet. I lifted the sheet to get in and saw 3 long black hairs. Strike one. I got redressed and stepped out to ask her to change the sheets.

I stopped by on a Tuesday at 1 p.m which is the time they open so the place was empty. The ladies working there were just fixing and organizing everything. The place was spacious and clean. The lady who worked on my eyebrows was really sweet. I want to give the thread she used 5 stars because for once I felt such little pain! It was unreal. I should have asked her what she used and taking some to the lady I usually go to. She even gave me massage too which is always a plus.
Unfortunately unlike JJ Salon, they have $25 minimum, which I didn't see until
