Scott has worked in many five- star hotels and resorts, including Milwaukee's Potawatomi Casino. He has also been manager of several restaurants throughout his career. He has three children and in his spare time he loves to hunt, go hiking, play softball, and spend time with his children. Oh, and yes, cooking is a favorite past-time, too.
