In an effort to keep our class students, staff and families safe during the gymnastics year, Rockland Gymnastics Academy ask that everyone read and follow the RGA protocols. Services
For gymnasts who have mastered basic gymnastics skills. This program is for the serious student who enjoys gymnastic and the desire to work hard. The team program requires a dedicated student and a supportive parent network at home. Participants attend 2 or more session per week. The coaches talk about a child's "coachability"-a combination of attitude and effort.
Rockland Gymnastics offers rewarding and challenging career opportunities for people passionate about making a difference in the sport. We aim to recruit high quality individuals who want to excel and be a part of a team that is committed to establishing quality gymnastics and be dedicated to rebuilding the youth of America by developing a love for healthy activities.
Recreational Gymnastics - For student ages 5 -16. No experience is necessary to enter this program. We use a structured class format which allows all student adequate warm up time and rotations on all Olympic events and trampoline. Students are taught in groups according to their ability. Students will receive training and development of skills on each apparatus in a logical and progressive order so they feel pleased with their accomplishments.
Children of all ages flip over birthday parties at Rockland Gymnastics. We have many activities to choose from including, but not limited to, gymnastics, inflatables, trampolines and much more. If your child is ready to run, tumble, and flip, print out our birthday confirmation and hand it in to our office.
