Our philosophy is to focus on the foundations of gymnastics, in a fun and exciting environment. We feel that gymnastics is a stepping-stone for all sports. The skills that your child practices with us will carry over to many other aspects of sport and life. Joao represented Brazil in 5 World Championships, helped his team to earn the Bronze medal in the 1979 Pan Am Games, and was the first Brazilian to participate in the Olympic Games.
GYM I is for our preschool, recreation gymnastics and tumbling classes, as well as some of our Boys & Girls Team training (Birthday Parties too!). We have Olympic-quality equipment, in addition to a full size cheer floor, two loose foam pits, trampoline, three Bouncy Houses, and an extensive array of mats in all shapes, sizes, and colors.
Our boy's & girl's gymnastics teams collectively have won over 100 State, Regional and National titles. Our team is highly renowned and has one of the best training facilities and staff in the Country. Team members must have an enormous level of commitment to develop their gymnastics skills to the highest degree of perfection.
Our competitive Girl's Team has achieved success on the State, Regional, and National levels. We have also watched as many of our alumni continue their gymnastics careers at D1 NCAA Gymnastics Programs across the Country! All of our girls' accomplishments are a result of hard work, dedication, an amazing, supportive, staff, and a lot of fun!.
US Gym has been a household name in the competitive USAG Boy's program for over 30 years. Our boys' team offers a year-round program centered on the (Nov-May) USAG competitive schedule. We prepare these young athletes to become tomorrow's stars. Genadi Shub, one of the most distinguished boys' coaches in the country, leads our coaching staff.

Signed up for a trial class and enrolled him a week later. I changed my mind and said they could not process a refund. They said everything is in the membership agreement I signed, which you HAVE to sign prior to attending a trial class.
Really unfortunate, and for the 200 a month I was charged its a total waste of money. So many better gyms out there and cheaper, BEWARE!

Tuition was paid on February of 2020 for the remanded of the school year to the US gymnastics in Mahwah NJ. Due to Covid the gym closed in March of 2020. Services were not rendered. Due to Covid contact with the business was not possible till July 2020. At this time I requested a refund. The business stated that they had a 3rd party billing company and that a request for a refund would be sent out. The business also stated that a sufficient amount of time was needed for the refund which was given in the amount of 10 weeks. The refund amount is approximately $1000. As of September 24 2020 the US

Horrible at communicating. My daughters class never knew that try outs were happening. We had paid for the year and then the pandemic happened and no services were rendered. Well they refused to refund. How is that legal?! Insisting a crediting my daughters account and not acknowledging that we are in the middle of a pandemic and maybe some people don’t want their child in a gym. Beyond disappointed! Stay away from this place.

Do not waste your time here. All of the good coaches have left and all of the negative reviews are true. It’s a power hungry run gym and they do not care about the safety of your child. Save your time and money and consider a different gym in the area if you want a positive experience for your child.

This place is very fun. I learned many things there. I have gone here for 6 years and it is amazing. All of the coaches help you. They all want to be the best gymnast you could be. All the coaches know what they are doing. Most of them were gymnasts when they were little some even did it in college. Well all I am trying to say is that ya gym is a great place to be

My daughters have attended summer camp here, are currently enrolled in tumbling, and have had a birthday party here. We absolutely love this gym!! From the front desk staff, to amazing coaches (we love you TJ!), to the facility itself, we couldn't be happier. My girls can't wait to go to their class and would be there every day if they could. We highly recommend US Gym! :)

After relocating and leaving a gym my daughter was with for 5 years (which we also loved), we were nervous about her being accepted to a new gym and their team. However, we were welcomed with open arms and have felt like a part of the family ever since. The team moms and coaches are all working together to give these kids a great experience and support the kids throughout it all! They are knowledgeable and show these kids how to earn what they want by hard work and team spirit. We couldn’t be happier.

Coaches are great! Coach Evgeni and TJ are consummate professionals. These coaches are the real deal. They competed and know what it takes to get to the next level. I really enjoy watching my son learn in this no nonsense hard working environment. He has learned a lot and hope to see even more in the future. This place is for kids that want to work hard and enjoy the competition. Not a great place for the pampered, entitled set. I love it!

Do not send your kids there. My daughter was injured due to lack of supervision. Her hand was bleeding from a bad rope burn. All they did was put a bandaid on her and sent her off with no mention of it to my wife when she picked her up. I called them and they were barely apologetic. Waivers protect them from anything legal, but the public should know how poor their safety procedures are.

Great place to learn and grow, excellent teachers and clean. My daughter Brooke loves her teacher Andrew. Reasonable pricing and they have discounts if paid in full including sibling discounts. They have monthly payment plans too with half or full year. They offer private lessons and a cheer team. Very talented!
