Called to have my septic tank emptied the lady on the phone got her driver out there that day .The guys were professional and did a good job the office girl was very nice and kept me informed on when they would be there and made the payment process very easy for me. Very good company would definitely recommend and will make sure to use again when we need them in 3 years.

My boyfriend reached out to carter and sons office about getting an estimate to have our septic installed. Their office lady explained to us what we needed to get our permit and got us in touch with all of the correct people once we had our permit we called back to get a price on the work Within a day or 2 we had our estimate back the lady went over all of the details on what to expect and was just very informative. She got us on the schedule fairly quickly and on day of install the guys who came out to do the work were great and did a very good job. We are very pleased with the professionalism

I had Carter’s come out and pump my septic tank and the young lady who answered the phone I believe her name was Hailey was so sweet and answered every one of my questions and got their crew out to my house the very next day. Everyone was polite and professional I will definitely use them again next time I need our septic pumped

We call this company for 1 month trying to get a septic tank installed. There is a young girl who will answer the phone and say, " I will have them call you back." This never happens. Then there is an older lady who will answer the phone and say, "I will have someone call you." I've been waiting a week on that call back. So, I called another company who met us the next day and is installing the tank next week. Carter and Sons may be really busy, but this is no way to do business.
