Very accommodating and understanding. Excellent bedside manner and just a really nice lady. She seems a little more down to earth than other doctors I have seen in the past. When possible she will suggest other alternatives before throwing a prescription at you which I really like. Too many doctors these days think the answer is at the pharmacy.

Been with Dr Vendrell for many years. She is an excellent doctor and has taken great care of me. Because of her I am in great health at 75 years if age. She is professional and does demand your cooperation while caring for you. I would recommend her to anyone who needs medical care. I also find the staff excellent!! Never had any problems and they are always helpful . Prompt referrals. Love Dr Vendrell and staff!.

Both the staff and Dr. Vendrell are extremely accommodating during unexpected emergencies. I experienced agonizing stomach pains one late evening last week, after an evening meal at an area restaurant. I was not in any condition to leave my home, deferring to call the doctor's office the following morning. I called Dr. Vendrell's office around 7:00 AM leaving a detailed message with the answering service attendant. I was surprised to receive a personal call from Dr. Vendrell herself within 15 minutes. Today was my very first visit to Dr. Vendrell's office. My experience was very Pleasant from my very first phone call to scheduling my appointment, and today at my appointment. My experience was more than I expected. Excellent, Professional and Prompt Service from the Staff and Dr. Vendrell. Dr. Vendrell obviously cares very much about her patients. She spends as much time with the patient as the patient needs. Most of the time my wait is very minimal. The office staff is a little surly, but not rude, and will try to accommodate your needs. I have been seeing her for 10 years, and she has taken great care of me.

I just had my new patient appointment with Dr. Vendrell and I am very impressed. She was patient, thorough, sensitive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. In short, everything you would want your doctor to be. I am very happy to have her on my side! Her staff was friendly and professional and the appointment went very efficiently. Dr. Vendrell's office staff is the rudest, most unprofessional staff I've seen, starting first and foremost with her husband, who is the office manager. He doesn't really seem to care if you're a patient there or not and will gladly tell you in a condescending tone "if you don't like it, leave". My husband accidentally missed an appointment about a year ago and Dr. Vendrell's husband acted like the world was coming to an end. He raised his voice with my husband and was very disrespectful to him even though my husband apologized.
