Great customer service from the front office to the physicians. After experiencing my MVA, where I was rear ended at a red light and not knowing where to turn to. they were sensitive to my conditions and helped me obtain the best treatment for my medical needs after the accident. I feel compelled to leave a comment. I have been a patient for about 1 month now and I work a great deal away and Ananda & Kristen have been exceeded my expectations as a Doctors Office! I understand this isnt a quick process, but they've help me understand everything they're doing in the process! I cant thank them enough for bringing me back to health at a pace I can handle! I was referred to Physicians Group by by attorney following a car accident. I read the reviews for the various offices and have visited two of the offices during my treatment. The previous review for this location is way off base. It may have been accurate a year or more ago but it is no where near accurate now. The staff is friendly and accomidating. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby. They call me when I am late to see if I am able to still come in and are easy to reschedule with. The doctor is careful and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical
