Dr. Lo is literally the greatest doctor I've ever had. His patient care is phenomenal. He's very attentive to detail when it comes to your vision, takes his time to make sure that you see perfectly and comfortably. I've been to several optometrists prior to him, and no one has been as thorough as he has been. I've moved out of California, but I refuse to get another optometrist out of state. I'd rather come back to Dr. Lo whenever I come back to California. Dr. Lo is accommodating and timely, and his staff is friendly. 5/5 recommend him!

I need a new optometrist and FINALLY I FOUND IT!! Carol is great and very helpful. After tried few frames, it came to 2 Tom Ford frames. She gave an honest opinion what is fit the best instead pushing for the higher price. I picked it up my new glasses yesterday after 2 weeks waiting and John helped me out. He is very helpful to answering my questions even the store was busy. Still adjusting with my Tom Ford plastic glasses but overall a great experience and great service... Optika will be my new optometrist for sure !!

Dr. Lo and entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. Carol, the optician was very helpful in asking specific questions so I'd have the best glasses for my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Lo is responsive and responds to emails in a timely manner. The inventory of glasses are nice and encouraged to try them on.

My service today at Optika is what prompted me to create a Yelp account just so that I can do this review. I had an exam for some glasses months ago and service was phenomenal. I wasn't the "smoothest" client due to me being jittery about having the air blown in my eyes, and the optometrist actually got in the chair his self and allowed the air to be blown in HIS eyes just to reassure me! No, this place doesn't deserve five stars review. Seriously? I was there to get my glasses. Since I've got a quote from Costco, the guy working there told me he could not do anything until Costco remove the hold. Then, I called Costco; they told me the new place just have to call my insurance company to remove the hold instead of driving back then in person. However, the guy helper insisted he couldn't do anything. If you are in search of an optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Lo! He is truly the best optometrist I have ever had! He is super patient, polite, and informative which is a big plus for me! You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and their needs. If you wear contact lenses, like myself, he will not hesitate to provide you with different samples to test out before purchasing a couple months worth. I guarantee you will not be disappointed ^-^

I found this place through my vision insurance directory. It was close to home and they had many available appointment slots. The staff were all attentive and polite. There was no long wait time or overly aggressive sales pitch. They helped me when I needed assistance but left me alone to browse. They have a nice selection of glasses, ranging in prices and brands. Dr. Alvin Lo provided amazing service. I have not gone to an optometrist for years and my eye was bugging me for two weeks until vision started getting blurry and freaked me out. It was Sunday and luckily Dr Lo still takes appointments on Sundays where most other doctors don't. Dr Lo diagnosed me a bad eye allergy which was causing inflammation and gave me some eye drops for free. I just paid my copay and was out the door. Within using the eye drops I was feeling a lot better. Dr Lo even called me on Monday to followup to see how I was feeling which really showed he cares about his patients

My friend who recently visited OptometRx referred me to get my eyes checked by Dr. Tang. So, I called and was able to secure an appointment soon after. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful to get the sign-in process and pre-testing completed in a timely fashion. Karol was very very nice and helpful she even waited for me to get my eye glasses after hours. I was very happy and very pleased with her no other business would wait for you but she did with for me beacuse I told her I said don't have time during the week.
