Vision Max Optometry

In appoiment i need to wait to much with no patients and with appoinment, then i ask for glasses for my daugther but we dont choose from the free ones (medical covered) so I pay $65 more they say need to wait 3 weeks after 4 weeeks I call back and they say i just pay for the frames not for the glasses..seriously???? My daugther need them fast fir her classes she cant see well and they tell me I need to wait 4 more weeks and pay more money????? Plus they was no professional at all, I'm a person with low budget but still want to please my daugther and give her the best ..they want to make fraud,

Brought my father here to get his vision evaluated. Let me start by saying these people are not interested in getting your prescription right. All they're interested in is money. Absolutely would not recommend based on our experience.

First time coming here and getting an eye exam done. Super fast and simple. Doctor is so sweet I have to say. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Plan on coming here from now on for yearly eye exams

I called the stroe for my glasses and i was on hold for a long time and they hanged up so i called again and they still but me on hold so i went to the store and i walked in and there were still on the phone. And no one asked me if i need any help worst costumer service ever.

I went there because my insurance had changed and my regular doctor wouldn't take this new insurance anymore so I chose a place where I could have glasses made with the same kind of lenses i have ...
Well my first appt was December 29th.....waited 3 weeks for the first phone
Message saying my glasses were ready...went to pick them up and couldn't see anything right glasses were totally wrong and they tried telling me my prescription had drastically changed in e weeks ...well did another exam and still waiting for my glasses they claimed my insurance hasn't sent the lenses it doesn

Waited for my glasses they said they will call when it's in. Called on Saturday at 1:50 see if it's in, said yes it been in for awhile and ask why didnt they call me beforehand and let me know. Told them I need it asap when purchased and they didn't have the decency to do so. Went there at 2 it was closed, didn't have the audacity to let me know they closed at 2 wasted my time and travel. So now have to wait til Monday for the office to open. Total bs rather go somewhere else who has more attentive to their customers because this place doesn't!

They have false “Groupon” coupons, says 140 dollars toward eye exam and glasses but they don’t discount anything. They messed up on my prescription I had to go 3 weeks without my glasses, glasses are over priced also

Amazing place. They are understanding and prices are fair. They have new technology for eye exams and both doctors are intelligent and experienced. The workers are super polite and patient. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended.

Brought my niece here for an eye exam a couple of weeks ago, the office is run down, looks too cluttered. We were taken to a back room to get her eye pressure checked and have pictures of her eyes taken, then we were led back to the waiting room and a couple minutes later we were called back by the female optometrist. I've been going to this place since I was kid.the front desk people have gotten really rude over the year.the guy sitting in the front didn't want to check my insurance saying it wont work. just the most laziest staff I've ever seen.

We have VSP Premiere and my mother in law recommended we come here. My family and I have been coming here for about two years. They are friendly, professional, and will match prices from competitors (including 1-800-CONTACTS)! If you get frames and do not need anything fancy, like polished frames or bubble tint, you'll basically walk out paying only your copay. Transition lenses are also included in our insurance and it is free here! We usually arrive about 30 minutes before our time and if it is not busy, we are seen almost immediately. Great place!

I was recommended by a coworker to come here because they take our type of insurance that are company offers us. I just loved this place so much I scheduled my appointment about two or three weeks in advanced and came in on a Friday. I came prepared and already had all the paper work filled out as you are able to print it out online on their website. Had an appointment already but jeedes to reschedule and they were able to accommodate me for a later time. I've been comimg here since i was a kid but hadn't been there quite in a while and really needed new glasses so it was time to come in. Doctor was amazing and she gave me a discount on my glasses. I really appreciate her and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much and definitely going back this year to try on new contacts!

2 stars are for the female optometrist. She's disorganized and I didn't feel like my exam was thorough. My husband went to the male optometrist and really liked him. Next time, I'll make sure to schedule my routine exam with him.

Just finished my eye exam appointment here. Everyone was wonderful - I came a little early and it was no problem. Simple paper work, attentive staff. The pre eye exam was also wonderful, the lady (should have gotten her name) cleaned and tweaked my glasses just because! How nice. They feel better. Dr. Anderson was personable and well organized. Payment with Debbie was easy. I left with my trial contact lenses and a smile on my face in less than an hour. As a first time visitor I really appreciated this Vision Max! Thank you.

Quick exam, good humored and communicative optometrist. Large selection of glasses. Options were explained in a simple and effective manner. I took the suggestion of the optometrist and will be purchasing over the counter reading glasses to try them out before choosing a nice pair from his office.

Well what can I say, they had a awesome promo price saved me a few bucks. walked in no appointment and they were able to help me out also don't forget to bring your ID. They need it open up a file for you. everyone was super nice and took care of me, some what quick. they lights outside are off I thought the places was close when I showed up but they weren't.

My prescription isn’t even correct, I had to go back to using my old glasses and straining my eyes. The prescription they gave me made me dizzy.
Secondly, they looked at exactly how much my insurance would cover and put that down as the cost.

Came here on recommendation from a coworker. BUT save your time and find another optometrist office because they don't honor your appointment time.

I decided to come here for the first time in February to get an eye exam specifically for contacts because my prescription with target optical had expired and there was no longer a target optical near where I lived. This place is down the block form where I live and seems like a nice enough place from the inside. I am giving this place two stars because the female Dr. was nice and very helpful. Some of the ppl there are nice and helpful but most of them are unhelpful. I dont remember the optimetrists name who did my exam last time but he was annoying and weird like im just trying to get my eyes checked. They overcomplicate things nd dont pay attention to your pperwork

Well I had been going to vision max for about 20 years since it was next to pavillions(yes that long ago) i really like Dr. Anderson, he takes his time checking you, but sadly the last couple of years I never see him, I guess you have to request him. His wife is also a dr there, but she rushes through the exam. They have lost my file and my sons file also. Some of the workers are nice and others are serious. Came to Vision Max after a very upsetting experience at another location. Walked in without an appointment, asked if we could just browse their frames and they kindly agreed. Nice selection of frames. Ended up ordering for three of us and still my husband to go. Glasses arrived in reasonable time. My daughter loves her pair, my son is only 9 but he seems content and says they let him see without problem.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. The service is absolutely horrible and I would tell anyone considering this place to run in the other direction as fast as you. They are completely unorganized and seem to have people who have no idea what they are doing running this place. I was told I was receiving a year’s supply of contacts (a brand I have ordered in the past) and only received half a year even though I paid for the complete year.
