I had something to mail via USPS, but I may made a mistake to go here instead of directly go to USPS and drop in their mailbox. Because It's after hour and I didn't know that USPS has boxes that I can grab and use. So I went here and saw a lot of used boxes near the door, and no one is at the front desk. So I grabbed one and started to pack, later when the man, probably the owner, in his 60s, came from the back office and saw me, he gave me that very unfriendly face and after he figure out I already have the label printed, just need to drop off, which means he cannot make much money,

I am so thankful for the Mailroom! Any time I need to ship, Johnny is so helpful in finding the most economical way to do it. I love that it is a small business and that he supports other small businesses by highlighting some local made products in his shop. Avoid the long lines and hassle of the post office! Johnny will take care of all your shipping needs!

Count me with others that are thoroughly disgusted with this store.
Bad, inflexible "customer service" with a rude and unprofessional owner.
I would take your packing and mailing needs to a UPS Store, which is certainly going to be more professional.
By the way, the store is dark and dingy, filled with junk, and hasn't been cleaned since 2003.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews, I've been here 3-4 times, and had a good experience each time.
So it's your basic small-business pack and ship location. They sell boxes in a very wide variety of sizes, packing tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. They will also pack and ship your items via DHL, UPS or FedEx, and if you have a business account with any of those, you can use your account number.
In addition, they also seem to have a PO Box service, which is where most of their recurring business comes from.

Absolutely horrible... ripped off. I sent 2 small packages under 2lbs a piece to 2 separate locations and asked for the cheapest possible delivery. Cost 38 dollars. The employee who was probably the owner just sat there all smug and said that was the cheapest he could find. Absolutely would not recommend this store. Deal with the lines at the post office this place is horrible.
